This hotel is steps outside of the Hiroshima station which was very welcome after a long train ride. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful - these are the only positives. It is on the opposite side of the tracks from all major attractions and it is very confusing to find your way through the station, be prepared to ask for...

Location, rooms, decor, staff, price were great! Personally i could not fault this place. There is also a tourist bus loop right in front of the hotel which brings you to most of the attractions in Hiroshima. It is right next to the JR Hiroshima station and the shopping centre on the other side has some great Okonomiyaki places!

Most staff are good in English, and location is excellent. The room is comparatively smaller than the room I stayed in a few years before (Actually I have upgraded my room this time). Good scenery from room. Will be the first choice when I need to stay in Hiroshima Next time.

The hotel is good value for money. Price is good and location is great. However if you require service with your room, pick who you speak to in the lobby as the lobby manager and one of the bellman are first class and the others are not very hospitable. Upon arrival the lobby manager guided us to two great dinner...

The hotel is right at the train station and so it's very convenient if one plans to visit different locations by train. I booked a room on the top floor (Granvia floor) which offers bigger rooms. I booked it through the hotel website, and was upgraded to a deluxe twin room which is 37 square metres (400 sf). It is...

After travelling in Japan you May understand why a hotel located at the main station really gives you spare time - every Day you use at least 30minuts or more if you need to change subway or train, mostly because of the very large stations and the benifit of Living in a hotel At the main station in a City...

The hotel entrance is connected to the Hiroshima Station and it is a beautiful hotel. The staff spoke English well and again, are very helpful. The sightseeing loop bus terminal was right outside the hotel. If you have the JR Railpass, you can ride free and see the major sights in the town. Very easy to catch the train to...

As others have mentioned, this hotel connects directly to the Hiroshima train station. It's wonderful if (like me), you aren't in Hiroshima for long and you want a location that makes it easy to get around. There is a sightseeing bus (hop on, hop off) that leaves directly from the station so that is another perk. There seem to be...

The hotel itself is very nice and extremely fancy. The rooms are okay sized for Japanese Hotel Rooms, as for American size, its a bit small. The beds and pillows were soft and comfortable, and all of the staff spoke English. This hotel connects DIRECTLY into the Train Station, so if you don't want to travel far from the train...
