I had a twin room. Kind of tight in the shower if you are larger than average size. Commode/bidet is of older vintage and doesn't quite clean itself very well. Plenty of soap and shower accessories and toiletries included. Small fridge is nice. Ethernet and wifi. Breakfast buffet does not really have western foods but you can manage or try... More

The room is tiny but nonetheless it's comfortable. Plus it's near the train and bus station! For their room, I remember loving the feel of their bed. It was so comfy. The comfort room is clean and packed with all the essentials. You don't have to bring a lot of toiletries because everything is provided. For the free breakfast, you... More

One of very few rooms available under AU$150 in the city. Tiny rooms are modern and have cigarette smells built in. Location is hyper convenient for the train, which means some excess noise. They offer laundry service, to, decent food, fridge and AC. cigarettesmells built in.

When one first walks into the room and are not used to Japanese efficiency take a selfie of your surprise. The room was neat and clean the bed is the focal of the room, with all the controls for the room either on the wall or the remote. There is a small desk and chair but not really enough room... More

One of many smelly business hotels in Japan. Extremely small room, difficult to move round after you put your lugage on the floor. Fridge is small and doesn´t cool enough. Good point is they have coin laundry and trouser press on 8th floor. Hotel is adjacent to the railway station building. Doesn´t have restaurant of their own so they distribute... More

Felt this was a bit worn and tired but bearing the price in mind I feel bad even saying that! It was half the price of our Tokyo hotel(s) and Kyoto Hotel - but having said that... if felt like a half price type of place. It was old and tired and needs a lift. It was spotlessly clean in... More

I'll echo what others have said- this place is good for a night's stay. Just thought this would be better than its sister property in Shin-Osaka but, I was wrong. The rooms looked less appealing, cost more money to stay in and, didn't include breakfast. On the plus side, the people manning the reception were really nice, 'aim to please'... More

The location of this hotel is good if you travel by train. The room is tiny and the bed smaller than we've ever experienced in a hotel. It was so hard that both of us got a bad pain in the back. No English speaking staff, and they weren't able (did not want to) help us. The windows couldn't be... More

“Try and get a room away from the street, we had the window opened at night (to offset the smoky smell in the room) and it was crazy all night outside. So if you like the window opened you need to be away from the street/up high/turn on aircon (our aircon was v noisy).”
