We stayed here last January (11-15 Jan) together with group of people from our office. hotel is very strategic, near to minimarket. Compared to room in other hotel in Japan, the room is standard, i would say the reason to choose this hotel is because of its location, very near to MRT Station and restaurants / shopping disctrict.

The hotel is conveniently located, 5-6 minutes walk from Jr Sapporo station. Staff are extremely friendly with most having a grasp of English. Room was quite large by Japanese standards, with a comfy bed and clean throughout. Free wifi. Good breakfast with a spread of Western/Japanese cuisine. Purchased some crabs to take back to Tokyo. The hotel refrigerated them until...

Always clean, things work very well, convenient to the railroad station, easy to find a taxi. Close to the major sights of Sapporo. WiFi works well, you can eat well at the hotel, there's a small gift shop as well.

Been to Hokkaido on a business trip. The Hotel is good and spacious though the rooms are small (however kept neat and tidy.) Staff is helpful and polite. Prompt service was provided. Japanese restaurant has very few options though for breakfast and meals. Recommend this hotel if you are in Sapporo.

This hotel is located downtown, very close to JR Sapporo Station. The room is quite small as many Japanese hotels so really not a surprise, but the beds are big and comfortable. There are three restaurants for you to choose your breakfast, one Western, one Japanese and one light breakfast. Spacious underground parking is available and the fee can be...

Too bad the rooms are not as expansive as that lobby! My single room was really cramped. You could not open the door if you put the suitcase on the valet where it was placed by the door. The only place the valet fit was at the foot of the bed, but that made it difficult to access what little...
