The Mitsui Garden Hotel in Sapporo is just a stone's throw away from the train station, the Odori promenade and the famous TV Tower. The rooms are fairly small, which is typical of Japanese hotels, but they come with a ton of amenities (various toiletries, slippers, robes, etc) and they are impeccably clean. If you get a room on the... More

This is a very clean and modern hotel. The hotel staff was extremely helpful, I was early when checking in, so left my luggage with them in the morning, when I got back to the hotel in the evening, everything was transferred to my room already. Service was spot-on. Their public bath was very clean and decorated. Although it wasn't... More

We stayed here for 2 nights during our honeymoon stopover in Sapporo. When we arrived, the check-in process took longer than the usual, not sure why, maybe they had many bookings to handle as it was during the Sapporo Snow Festival. We booked a double room but was given a twin bed room instead, albeit the room being large it... More

Our first time at a 3-star hotel inJapan, for hotel rate at the Snow Fest near Sapporo station is high, turns out it is a good choice. Though not as close as Gracery or Nikko. Location: still considered to be close to Sapporo station. Take Exit 2, and walk the underground street exit through Century Royal hotel 1st Floor exit,... More

This hotel is in a great location, about 4 minutes walk from the station and about 10 mins to Odori park. The rooms are a little on the small side, but that seems to be Japan hotel rooms generally. The hotel seems really new and the bathroom is modern and well set out, The Service was brilliant and the public... More

Overall, it is a clean and simple hotel. My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights in early January 2012. The rooms are very very small. The queen bed is against the wall, about 3 foot of clearance to the desk on the other side another 3 feet of clearance at the foot of the bed to the wall.... More

Stayed 2 nights in October 2011. Good location 2 mins walk fro JR station. Mitsui Garden Hotels is a leading hotel chain in Japan. This is a new, ultra modern hotel with top facilities. We were upgraded to the next level of room size so this review will reflect this. Large flat screen TV but unfortunately only Japan TV channels.... More

We stayed two nights in this hotel with a 6 month old baby and although the room is quite small, it was clean and quiet. The location is great, within walking distance to the subway station. The morning buffet was busy and a decent selection of both hot and cold food.

This is the hotel which newly opened recently. Even I booked single room with Booking.com but hotel upgraded to bigger double room. What I liked the most is the large desk which has two outlets for PC and cell phone,,,. And I was so surprised that this room has a quite big LCD TV like 45inches or more. And Japanese... More
