The hotel is nice and clean with modern decor. Think the hotel is only 3 years old so the facilities are new. They also have a car park which charge only 1000 jpy a day, a lot cheaper than parking lots on the street. The hotel also has a hot springs room on offer fr 6-9am and 3pm-1am, it's well...

Convenient location, near to JR station. Short walk about 2-3 blocks from JR station. Checking in was breeze, staff at the reception are friendly, and speak good English. Book a twin room, consider as big room, as I find small double room in Japan hotels too small. Enjoyed the public bath, clean & help us to relax after a day...

Overall had a great 3 night stay at Mitsui Garden Sapporo. Pros: 1. Staff speak good English 2. Modern and very clean rooms (pay a few dollars extra for the twin room compared with the double if you don't mind 2 beds, significantly bigger room and bigger bathroom) 3. Free internet in all rooms 4. Public bath clean and relaxing...

The hotel is clearly aimed for business travelers. Its compact, clean, but please don't expect the classic 5 star hotel services here. The staff is polite, but this hotel is aimed at clients who require very little. The lounge downstairs is a great touch, they offer coffee and tea during certain hours. All in all, i really enjoyed the hotel....

Mitsui Garden Hotel is conveniently located about two blocks away from the JR Sapporo Station. The hotel is quite new and modern. We really liked the staff, very accommodating and understanding. There are few people at the reception, who are quite good in English and a bit of patience you can get through. Breaky is an optional item and its...

The perk of this hotel is its location, very close to Sapporo station, which is convenient if you are making day trips to nearby cities like Otaru. The hotel itself is very cozy, a modern deco hotel. The double room we stay is a bit small. Not much space left after we have our 2 big luggage opened. The hotel...

Cozy neighborhood hotel. Central location in downtown Sapporo. Larger than average rooms. Full range of room amenities- that you might expect. Suites aesthetically pleasing, but pricey. Modern contemporary style.

The Mitsui Garden Hotel in Sapporo is just a stone's throw away from the train station, the Odori promenade and the famous TV Tower. The rooms are fairly small, which is typical of Japanese hotels, but they come with a ton of amenities (various toiletries, slippers, robes, etc) and they are impeccably clean. If you get a room on the...

This is a very clean and modern hotel. The hotel staff was extremely helpful, I was early when checking in, so left my luggage with them in the morning, when I got back to the hotel in the evening, everything was transferred to my room already. Service was spot-on. Their public bath was very clean and decorated. Although it wasn't...

We stayed here for 2 nights during our honeymoon stopover in Sapporo. When we arrived, the check-in process took longer than the usual, not sure why, maybe they had many bookings to handle as it was during the Sapporo Snow Festival. We booked a double room but was given a twin bed room instead, albeit the room being large it...
