Room and hotel facility are OK but it is not your 4 or 5 stars as to Western hotel standard. Room without view is small. Our room view is to the other building opposit. Breakfast is OK. Please try the big bath pool and enjoy your onsein together with others.

We are a family of 5 with three small children and booked this hotel with other family members. The hotel website has a triple room suite photo which looks way bigger than actual size. I should have checked sq ft before booking.... we have a double stroller that two kids can ride front and back and it can fit in...

Stayed here for 2 nights for holiday purpose. The hotel is as per what you had expect from a normal modern business hotel. Location was just 10mins walk from sapporo train station and there was underground walkway from train station to a block away from the hotel which is important if you are visiting during winter. The Family mart conveinence...

Stayed here in Jan this year and yet again earlier this week for 3 nights. Great location and good service. Accidentally booked the standard (smallest room) so didn't quite enjoy it as much this time round, but was good to enjoy the public bath (and not use the in-room bath) this time so it's alright.

My wife and I stayed in this hotel during our last trip to Sapporo, Japan. We chose this hotel due to its closeness to the main Sapporo train station. We arrived a bit early so we could not check in until 3pm, but the front desk officer offered to keep our luggages. While waiting, we walked to the station area...

It is a very convenient location which takes only 5 min walk to JR station, just walk out the JR station and walk towards the Daimaru direction. The room is tidy and neat. You can get free coffee at ground floor but no tea is available. Just a few walks then you will reach Lawson and 7-eleven. I love the...

Excellent location, walking distance to Sapporo JR and major shops and department stores, room size is small but with everything. Strongly recommend their breakfast, must book with free breakfast. Staff have little attitude at front desk but majority is good.

Stayed 3 nights in Oct 2016. Chose this hotel mainly because of the location, a few mins walk to JR Sapporo Station (note this is not the same as subway Sapporo, but connected via a walkway. Hotel room is modern and good sized. Love the onsen on 2nd floor. Service is friendly. Will stay again if I'm back in Sapporo.

We booked here as it's close to the JR station. Easy to find if you leave the station via the west exit, walk across the station courtyard entrance, turn right and walk along the street for a little more than a block. The hotel has a large sign, easily seen from a distance. Rooms are a good size by Japanese standards,...

Very clean, modern, and well-maintained hotel just a few blocks from Sapporo station. The staff were very helpful, and our rooms were always efficiently cleaned with toiletries restocked. The beds were very comfortable and the minimalist design of the rooms were very attractive. If you'd like to have a traditional Japanese experience, I encourage you to try out the public...
