This is the best location to enjoy West Lake, and the service here is amazing - staff were fantastic, restaurants upheld very high standards - an all round wonderful stay. Would recommend a weekend there. Pool under construction so perhaps would be even better when done.

Had a fantastic stay at this excellent hotel. Location is perfect on West Lake. Hotel staff were outstanding throughout our stay. Breakfast buffet was delicious. Our room was perfect, I think newly renovated - high quality and very comfy bed. Couldn’t fault our time here. We’d love to come back soon.

it was a good stay for a short weekend in Hangzhou, the hotel is right next to the West Lake and you can get lots of choices for local and western food nearby. all the staff are friendly and helpful, making it a good experience staying at the grand hyatt

I took my parents and my 18 month daughter for a three nights stay in the Grand Hyatt, Hangzhou for celebrating my birthday! It was a such a wonderful experience. I am very thankful for Grand Hyatt team to make our stay so special. A special thanks to Manager Ollie, James Lin, Salava and guest experience team Bella Zhang. On arrival, we were greeted by the manger Ollie and he was very helpful and gave us travel tips for pram friendly places in Hangzhou. He was very polite. He also give us free upgrade to the lake view rooms which was amazing view to wake up with. We also had such a lovely lunch at Hubin 28 which is the restaurant located at the hotel lobby. After lunch, the guest experience team Bella Zhang organised a lovely cake delivery for me. The cake tastes amazing. The location of the hotel was so convenient, it is around 5 minutes walk distance to get on the boat to tour West lake. It also surrounds with so many shopping malls, cafe, restaurants within walking distance so there are a lot of options for food. On our last day, our train to shanghai was booked around 7:30pm. I explained it to Manger James Lin. He was very kind to give us late checkout to 2pm. He even offer us to relax at the business lounge at level 8. My baby girl was having her lunch nap in the room quite late and she slept until 4:30pm. I called and spoke to Manger Salava who was also very understanding. We had a nice time of relaxing at the business lounge and enjoying the view. Thanks so much, Grand Hyatt, Hangzhou! I can’t wait to come back again! …
