    Good room excellent staff

    Second visit to this hotel in 6 months, upgraded room fabulous bathroom. Staff very helpful in reception and concierge staff brilliant. Very near business district, many taxis,easy walking to West Lake which is so relaxing after hectic working schedule. Will be back in Seprember

    I am sure that would be possible, I have done the same at Metropark in HongKong. The concierge staff in Hangzhou are always helpful as I regularly stay there Enjoy Hangzhou Nancy

    Unsure as we were there one night ,but hotel offers laundry service at reasonable price.
