Stayed here for 4 nights in December and we were more than happy with the service and amenities. PROS include: - got us a king-sized bed with a spacious room and bathroom - 5 star amenities - shower pressure was excellent - bed and sheets were comfortable and clean respectively - front desk and concierge personnel spoke little English but we were able to communicate with them on tourist spots’ recommendation, directions and helping us to get transport to town - there’s a small convenient store nearby around 600m from hotel - definitely a business hotel with loads of quiet spots to discuss business and a small indoor pool -buffet breakfast had a good spread from western to asian food; even local dishes that may look unappetising at times, just because I’m not adventurous with food. CONS: - since it was winter when we visited, they shut the central AC and turned on the heater. Our room was mostly stuffy and warm most of the time even though we open the windows. But then, I do like my room cool all the time even in the midst of winter. - limited restaurants nearby; you would need to drive or get a ride to restaurants Overall, I would stay here again and would recommend others to stay too... it will meet your 5-star requirements…

Near the end of 2019, I have lost count of the number of times I have come to stay at Sheraton Grand Hangzhou Binjiang Hotel. Every time I come to hangzhou, Sheraton is my only choice. , let us calculate, at least 30N throughout the year。 I've lived in it so many times, but I've never written about it. I really like to live in Sheraton very much, I like it out is prosperity and in is tranquility, also like it to always live in a few designs that be unique, the staff members that like Sheraton more people are considerate and meticulous, intention is very conscientious service passion. Although the hardware is no longer as gorgeous as that of the new Conrad or Kempinski, the warmth of the stay is truly unmatched by many new hotels. From check-in to the check-out, the front desk staff, lounge partners are very professional and careful: Spring, Laurie, Laura, Andy, Fay, Jane at the lounge， Wendy Emily at the front desk, and…… I'm sorry, I can't remember all the other person's name, I think I should be dealt with each, and each treated, I am very grateful to them, and trust them very much. I will still choose Sheraton Grand Hangzhou Binjiang Hotel as my next choice of hotel. Thank you very much!…

Staying this hotel for 3 nights and I love my stay...Room are good and it have a huge Couch which is I didn’t use.... Friendly staff, clean, and big bathroom which I love - but the breakfast I don’t recommend it - Nothing Special for me tho.

The whole experience was amazing as a platinum member of the SPG club Sheraton gave me a free upgrade for my room. The service at the lounge was also good with the lead of Spring a good friend of mine.
