Excellently equipped, although the service is not very good. Still the facilities are worth it since traffic and dining are very accessible around this hotel. The price is a bit on the high side for Xi'an but it is acceptable compared to other cities in China.

This hotel has several types of rooms for all your needs, and the cleanliness is excellent. I always get the more modest one, but it is more than sufficient- it has a kitchenette, and the basic pots and pans, an electric kettle, a microwave, and a small fridge. Most rooms have a bathtub too, and all have a safe. They...

My son and I walked here with our luggage from the drum tower metro which I certainly would not recommend doing in 34 c weather. We were map and clueless and couldn't find a taxi during the 5 pm busy hour. I was slightly crabby and certainly overheated and when they attempted to give me a smoking rooms I refused....

Because I have traveled extensively the small cramped size of this apartment hotel wasn't as shocking as it was for some of the guests in my group. The elevators seemed to have a mind of their own so you had to leave 5 mins early just so you wouldn't be late to start your day due to waiting on the...

Will start with the good and go down from there. 1. Very clean 2. Staff very helpful with most knowing at least some English at the front desk 3. Very handy card to hand to taxi drivers 4. Breakfast very good if staying less than a week after that extremely repetitive 5. About $50 a night so not horrible price...

We have a wonderful experience at the place. Firstly, the place is located beside a Supermarket and there is great restaurant called Zhen Ai beside the hotel. Getting around from the hotel is very convenient as the taxi fare to the old city is around 14-20rmb. Secondly, the stay was great with washing machine and dryer so that we can...

Staff at the hotel were friendly and attentive and one or two spoke reasonable English. Not that close to walled city but suited us as we were within easy walking distance of our son whom we had come to visit. Good gym and ping pong room. Our own little kitchenette was perfect for us. Well equipped. Would definitely stay again....

The hotel is not conveniently located, far from train station or city centre. And strangely, most taxi drivers wouldn't take us there and claimed that they don't know where it is, even though we showed them the hotel name and address in Chinese, and pointed out the hotel on the map. However, once we figured out how the buses and...

Good choice for business in that the rooms (at least mine) have a mini-kitchen, meaning I could make hot water for the instant coffee I brought with me. Nice size TV with English speaking channels and good WiFi. A non-smoking hotel as well. What I also liked was that the room had an iron and ironing board, which I find...

This is a great apartment style room in a Western-style hotel. It was my first experience with the Citadines brand and I was pleasantly surprised. Room was excellent and fully stocked with all necessary amenities you'd expect in an extended stay. Gym was clean and fairly large with new equipment as well as Sauna and steam room. Location was right...

“We opted for a large room where the bedroom is located in a different room separated from the living room. Utensils like pots and pans are available for use. They even have a washing machine in the bathroom - saves us the trouble of lugging our laundry to the 6th floor :) Truly a convenience at your fingertips.”
