Stayed here couple of nights, comfortable room but very warm, unable to adjust heating to cool room down. Breakfast if you wanted English cooked, it was either luke warm or cold. A very busy hotel but quite clean in rooms and public areas. Convenient for the pagodas and parks.

I think this place is more suited to Asian tourists and not really what a western would be looking for especially when the shangri la is almost the same cost. It's the type of hotel you would expect your grandmother to go with the blue rinse brigade by the coach load. Breakfast was terrible, the smell wasn't great, the lifts...

This is a nice hotel, but the most memorable feature is a manmade waterfall that cascades down one entire side of the hotel. It draws quite a crowd! Buffet breakfast is good. If you're going to stay in the area, this would be a fine choice.

I'd highly recomnend this hotel. ** No waterfall feature review, it's closed for 10days restoration. I was not told this with booking. I had a std room it was large with tub and shower and many thoughtful extras (robe, slippers, water bottles) Plus Sauna. Steam room. There's a pool too, indoor, heated some but too chilly for me. They insist...

Our brief stay was very comfortable. There is a great gym and pool. The daily waterfall show is definitely worth a visit, it's just around the back. I've never seen anything like it. The location is great as well, within walking distance to some great local sights. I don't rate many hotels as 5s, but this one deserves its place!

Hotel in a lovely spot by the lake. Very large room, most comfortable. I only stayed one night and arrived too late to see the Waterfall and left in the morning, but my impression was that this was a very nice hotel

Centrally located near touristy areas, but also the lake system, shops, and elephant trunk hill. At 2030 each day, the south wall of hotel becomes a huge waterfall with music. Hotel is site for many weddings,so provides great opportunity to interact w Chinese people. Food so so, although breakfast buffet just fine. Rooms have great views.

This is a very big hotel and it is adjacent to some very good shopping. In front is a big lake with a pagoda. There was a lot of tourists walking around the lake and going to visit the pagoda. We had a lovely room facing the lake and very spacious. Wifi was good. The A/C was not good as...

A very welll placed location. Within walking distances to shopping, food and attractions. Hotel room and facilities are a little tired. Restaurant/coffee shop service is good. Staff at front office counter are good. The nightly Waterfall Show is a waste of resources. Nothing spectacular. Not worth the effort.
