Staff are very friendly - got upgraded to a room in the "G Wing" which they are very proud of. Very nice view of the mountains, and room is large with a small bedroom, decorated like the spare room in your nan's house. There's a funny smell throughout, which I think is a mixture of stale cigarette smoke and damp.... More

There were always people on the move in this hotel. The breakfasts were good but the breakfast room was very busy. One morning we had to eat our breakfast in the bar area. There is free Wi-Fi in the rooms.

We only stayed at this hotel briefly after an evening arrival and early morning departure but it seemed OK. Had a late snack in the European restaurant. When we had finished they decided that the cost of our small dinner was more than the deposit they had taken at check in so we had to pay for dinner in cash.... More

The bedroom is big and the toliet is tidy. If it's raining, you can use the UMBRELLA which is in the wardrobe. And you can go to the SWIMMING POOL or GYM to do some exercise. This hotel is of great location, because there are lakes near the hotel. And there is a childrens' palace sits at the opposite ends... More

When we were shown to our room we got a big surprise! First of all the bathroom was hugest we have ever seen it was something out of a roman palace 10 people could fit in it. we were disappointed at breakfast as we were directed into the western room and breakfast was pretty boarding we wanted to experience the... The hotel is excellent with clean rooms and lot of facilities. The design and fixtures of the room is nice. I feel comfortable staying in the hotel. Rooms are well lit and the toiletries are in good quality.

This is really basic Chinese hotel, good for an overnight stop and that's about it. Breakfast pretty mediocre, cocktails awful, very seventies. It appeared to be somewhere people stopped on the way to somewhere else, and that's about it.

It is well located next to a park, on the outskirts of downtown. A small outdoor pool. Such friendly staff and good cleaning. The rooms need some renovation. OK food in the restaurant. The hotel also has a small fitness center

I wouldn't want to stay here for a holiday. We only stayed for two nights on a tour package. But it was ok. The bedding was a little fusty, needed freshening, the safe didn't work, the electrics were scary, the phone kept ringing for no reason, all minor things but all signs of how run down the hotel might be... This is a nice hotel with such amenities as slippers, comb, toothbrush, and razor along with the usual shampoo, conditioner and body lotion. The reason I rate it average is because the breakfast buffet is not that good. The rolls and banana cake did not taste that fresh. They had orange juice and lemon juice (tasted like lemonade) and no... More
