Грязный округ города Гуаньчжоу,но 15 минут пешком до Конгресс Холла,где проходит большое количество мероприятий вселенского масштаба.Зато рядом и не надо брать такси,с потерявшими совесть водителями. 2500 рублей за номер,где нет холодильника,сейфа и вообще..... На рецепции не говорят на английском.Вообще -то лучше думаю попробовать жить в самом бизнес-центре.
