We stayed here for two nights. The stay was really good. The reception was helpful and they could speak good english. breakfast was ok. Rooms were clean and up to the mark. Location is very close to masjid e nabwi. Really enjoyed our stay. Great value.

It was a great experience to stay here during the Hajj 2015. Very convenient and 4~5 min walk to the main gate of Masjid Nabawai. Has nice view of the masjid entrance. Clean and spacious rooms. Good and comfortable stay. Has great Breakfast and Dinner buffer with endless entries to fill your hunger.

The hotel is located directly behind the Hilton Hotel in Madinah. It was perfect value for money considering it's close proximity to Masjidul - Haram. Upon arrival, we were greeted by friendly staff and check in was done within minutes. The rooms were clean, room service occurred daily and I was impressed with the lift service of the hotel. Location is very close to haram, especially ladies prayer area. Breakfast buffet is good with many varieties. Staff are cooperative. Hotel is clean and room service is good. WiFi signal in rooms is very bad. Dinner buffet is very bad and has no varities. Parking is very small.

Its is literally two minustes from the masjid and has so many shops besides the entrance. Rooms are well air condioned and rooms tiny. Beds are comfy too. Wifi is quite good but need a different login for your floor than the lobby. Friendly staff and very good breakfast selection.

You couldn't find a worse hotel if you tried! By far the worst "5 star" hotel on the planet. Nobody answers the phone at reception or housekeeping. Tried for 2 hours while the air conditioning wouldn't work. Eventually I had to get changed and go downstairs and speak to the chap at reception. I said I have been trying to...

I think this hotel has a real good location. Close to Masjid Nabawi but also near street market, just in case you need to buy some souvenirs. Me and my husband stay for 3 days and 2 nights but as far as we remember, the room has never been cleaned up. It's good for our privacy actually. But still we're...

Nice hotel , only two minutes walk to the Masjid Al Nabavi, WIFI was absolutely crap and exceptionally slow and there is less variety in the breakfast menu, they should add omlette in the breakfast menu. WIFI needs changing.Otherwise nice hotel.
