The hotel was awesome as hell. The kitchen stall was very well suited and polite. The rooms were cool. Food there was very much tasty and the restaurant was offering such a good yummy food that it was finger licking.

The hotel was quite close to the Masjid Al Nawabi, which was lucky as that meant I didn't need to suffer under the heat too much, as Medina seemed to be much hotter than Mecca. I had unfortunately gotten ill during my stay, and couldn't stop vomiting. Luckily with a quick call to reception they called an ambulance for me,...

It's not the 5* that has someone making fresh eggs, or a few different types of breakfast, however, staff are good, location is ideal work women entrance. The only reason I gave it 3* is the wifi rarely works, and almost never in the rooms we stayed in. We used mobile data or visit Hilton hotel cafe for internet.

Compared to Swissotel in Makkah this is a 3*. Breakfast buffet has a VERY limited selection of options and rooms are turned over after 7pm, which were not ideal but the staff were helpful and courteous.

We arrived at the reception at around 1 am and had to wait for about half an hour, since the receptionists couldn't find our booking in the system. Add to the frustration: They weren't well versed in English. The breakfast was regular, with a variety of american and continental choices. On our first day, six of us went for breakfast...

This hotel is over rated in its star rating. It does not deliver. On arrival, our room was not ready, no towels and essentials. Dining room is too small and congested when trying to fit in the patrons. Staff look tired and demotivated. We were unfortunate to be part of group booking, but if you have a choice, don't go...

This hotel doesnt deserve even a single star. Its a very budget hotel and haj group organisers should be aware that service is apalling rooms are old and tired. The wifi connection is just pathetic. Bedding is inadequate, rooms are not cleaned dining area is never clean. Better hotels in Madinah

This is an old property and space is very tight. Getting into one of the tiny elevators can be very challenging. Very tight space allocated for the restaurant. Not a lot of the food variety in the buffet.

Arrived in Medina first before moving to Mecca for Hajj. Stayed from 21st - 28th August. Rooms were clean with excellent room service. Wifi was a problem on the 8th floor but was perfect in the lobby. Very busy hotel, lifts were overcrowded and had long waiting times at busy periods. Breakfast was nothing special with a standard menu. Each...

Not far away from Al Haram Al Nabawi, located in the heart of the bazaars of the north central area. A calm and peaceful place, yet a vivid one! The breakfast wasn't great, but there is is a close branch of Al Baik where one can easily get a fantastic lunch/dinner. The beds were too small, and the WiFi connection...
