After finishing Hajj, we arrived in Madinah and stayed here for a night. My cousin had gotten a good rate from the net somehow. We arrived late, so check in was smooth, but I didn't really appreciate the condescending attitude of the desk clerk. I was impressed with the decor of the hotel (I understand it was a property of... This hotel is located within minutes to Masjid! Room is rather small but good enough to rest. Buffet spread is quite limited but enough to feed our tummies. Hotel looks posh and facilities are quite new.

Had a nice stay for 3 nights. The location is quite good, being in the 3rd row of hotels from Masjid Nabwi, behind Oberoi Hotel. It is close to the ladies entrance, but men have a bit of extra walk to get to the central entrance. It is also close to the restaurants and shopping which is quite handy. The... More

Asalaamualaykum. Who ever has given this hotel a 5 star rating needs their head checking. Who approved the safety checks? The lifts are too dangerous and should be re designed. My freind got crushed by the doors they close way to fast and another woman also got hurt. The staff are very rude asked for teabags and he refused. Asked... More

We stay at this hotel during our recent Umrah trip. Hotel is located just a walking distance to the Haram. Room is OK for three adult sharing, however a bigger room will be better.Cleaniness is OK and other amenities are provided. The three meals provided are wonderful which consist of local and international. No issue here. Only set back is... More

Would not class it as 5* but a good basic hotel, the dining room is cramped and often not enough seating space. The best thing is that it is located close to the haram and ideal for sisters to access the Mosque. The duty Manager Mr Tally was the most helpful person there I wish the other staff were just... Checked in after finishing Umrah to visit the prophet mosque. Hotel is less than average in room size, bed size, bed covers and blankets, towels size, even showers curtain. However the location is really perfect... it's very close to Women gate and to Men gate guiding to Holy Rawda... only 2 minutes walking from the entrance... very close to shopping... More

The hotel is very comfortable and spacious rooms. The lobby is a bit constricted of space and generally crowded. The staff though is courteous but overworked. You may find help for your luggage but it is recommended to take it yourself to save time. The interior of hotel is beautiful and has a good breakfast spread. It is over 150... More

Wasn't expecting a lot when I booked this hotel as it was fairly cheap compared to others in the area. Was pleasantly surprised, the hotel is just across the road to the mosque - you just have to cross 2 roads and the ladies entrance is there. Lots of shops nearby. The reception staff knew how to speak English and... More
