No helping at all from any sort of bell men. Stupid receptionists. Garage fully packed with one door for enter and exit. Bad system of elevators. Ver small rooms. No friendly atmosphere. Money paid against nothing to take. They gave us rooms overlooking debris and they said take it or leave it. 😡

The besth thing about thsi hotel is its location th the grand mosque. Just a couple of minutes walk so very convenient. The room is small and tidy. Cleaning is hap hazard with cleaners turning up all sorts of times. They do an OK job. Getting to the room can be a problem during peak times as lifts take ages....

Walking distance to Nabawi Mosque. Convenient location. The rooms are reasonable size. The rooms are clean everyday but have to highlight to the housekeeping to vacuum the rooms. The breakfast & meals in the hotel are fantastic.

Just a street down from Masjid Nabawi. Its less than 5 minute walk to the first door. The hotel is convenient for local shopping. Rooms were clean and reasonably sized and hotel staff were very helpful and friendly, Breakfast was good and had quite a lot of variety.

Especially useful when you just checked in from the airport. Good shower with hanging line for your washing. Two sitting chairs Short of tables during breakfast due to the full capacity. Corridor can be a bit too dimly...

We were booked into the hotel by the travel agent. It was part of the package, so I'm not too sure how much we paid for the room. We had a room for two on the ninth floor. The room was rather small, so it may get a little cramped if you have a lot of luggage. It was very...

Third in Line on the bottom left side of Haram the Hotel is cramped and you get this feeling soonest you enter the Hotel Lobby. They have maximised in number of rooms which leaves little room to move around or in the room. Good thing is that they maintain the rooms, and if hygienne is your priority I recommend it.
