Great place to stay in Madina. close to Prophet mosque. Excellent and quick service. Clean rooms. We had a very nice stay. Good food. The hotel is at a walking distance from women's gate. Overall excellent.

Worst hotel i've ever stayed in which claims to be a 5* and is sold as a 4* but is really a motel at best. Please i beg you not to stay here. The hotel had unclean rooms, the walls were dirty, the furniture seemed like it was 100 years old the beds were horrid, the carpet was disgusting and...

The only benefit is its very near to Masjid Nabwi. Hotel seriously need up-gradation, carpet was not much clean, there was a nail on sofa which hurt me. Fridge was not much clean but was working fine. Elevators are overcrowded, during my stay I found that they turn off 3 elevators out of 4 (on one side) due to which...

This hotel is definitely not a 4* or 5*. It should be 3*. The only good thing is it's very close to ladies entrance. Their breakfast was always the same and cold. Housekeeper was okayish. You had to call atleast 2-3 times before they deliver something to your room. The internet connecrion is really really slow. You have to be...

Met our basic needs of being clean, comfortable and spacious, extremely close to ladies' gates 25/26 and food outlets and cheaper compared to other hotels in the same area. The check in and out was smooth and the lifts for the 5 out of 6 days we were there were readily available and not crowded even at peak times. Breakfast...

WE have been there for Umrah with my family from 29/5/2016. the hotel is in the second row of buildings from the Haram very close to gates 26 and 25 (women gates) so its location is very good. We asked for connecting rooms and they provided. One of the best thing of the hotel is that they play the azan...

The location of the hotel is perfect as it's very close to the visit to al Rasool saws. It's on the second row on Al Haram, right behind Oberoi. The hotel itself could definitely use some renovations. The power outlets for example were old and didn't look very safe. The room could've been cleaner. Another problem is the elevators; they're...

This Hotel is located in the second row in front of entrance to Masjid Nabwi towards JannatulBaqee side. Convenient specially when visiting with family. Good rooms though size of rooms not too big. Breakfast buffet is excellent with good choice.Competitive rates. Nice & clean.Would stay again.

I have been there for Omra with my wife from 12/5/2016 till 16/5/2016 .., the hotel lies in the second row of buildings from the Haram very close to gates 26 and 25 (women gates) so its location is very good if you have your wife with you but it is a little bit far if you want to go...

The best thing about this hotel is that it is near to Haram. Otherwise the hotel needs alot of maintenance and upgrading. Our washroom had a bad stink and we kept complaining about it on daily basis. The response from the housekeeping guys was that "Yes there is a stink by default", but they did not fix it.

Thank Usman A
