Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Went for a birthday holiday.6 couples.not my type of holiday theres nothing to do.1 side of hotel is desert the other a beautiful beach, but the sea is so rough you are advised not to enter, red flags every day. No bars on beach big downer.hotel is 5* ha ha more like 3*+.you have a main food area with 3 restaurants but you can only but these after 7 days of your holiday and then they are self service.5*? Entertainment is really good Stanley and the team go out of there way to entertain.if you have kids they will do everything to entertain them. adults only was told is a joke €48 a couple and is all you get is a sunbed and optics in your room.food and drinks you have to come to main area with everyone else.mosquitos are bad even with sprays and plugs still bitten.and flies what a nuisance.cock croaches in the rooms so be aware. sunbeds by the pool are usually all gone unless you get down there by 6am.transfer about 40 mins.if you love pool life, or have kids then this hotel is for you. as for me it's a "I've been there but wont be back for" me.enjoy!!

Spent a week in this gorgeous hotel, it was brilliant. The service was wonderful, food was fantastic, but wouldn't bother with the themed restaurants, everything was there. Would definitely recommend and return here 😁

Hotel was kept beautifully clean, bungalow was lovely, cleaners changed towels every day. Pool area was lovely. Reception was lovely just a pity all reception staff weren't as friendly as some. ( some were chatting discussing their mobile phones and clients were an interruption!). Most bár staff were friendly and polite, it was just ridiculous having beer in small plastic cups or small glasses. Food was very varied between pasta and fish, meat dishes were not very appealing except for chicken ( should have been on menu every day). No tea or coffee available for lunch or evening dinner which I found strange. All meals were at best lukewarm. Saving grace, were the desserts and bread, delicious and plenty of variety. No tea or coffee making facilities in rooms which is not acceptable. The biggest let down ad far as we were concerned was that there was NO roof terrace as promised, rep Jill for Thomas Cook said we should have been informed of this (haha). Animation team were so friendly and worked hard. I know my review seems negative it'd just that it's such a beautiful hotel, in a brilliant location and has let itself down on some of points I've mentioned. .. ,
