Normally, this kind of hotels give very good opportunities and most cases Park Inn brand is great.
I booked upgraded version of room with big king size bed, I got a response from a reception, that upgraded version of my room by technical reasons was not available, we can change your room on the next day. I stayed 3 night. and all 3 nights I was in the same room, and no one could change my room, but I paid for the upgraded room.
Dissatisfied because the room was not cleaned properly, didn't give additional water. That is why, I put this score.

The hotels is officially 4 star but I doubt about it.
When you arrive at the hotel at midnight you can see the real level of service and standards.
3 persons at the reception and none is satisfied: can’t find the booking - the price right one is wrong in comparison to phone conversation - couple gets the room with twin (simple) beds.
No free parking space left
The rooms and halls are tired and not cleaned well. Old wall papers, dust in the rooms, tv does not work.
Be ready for 3 star and enjoy st Peterburg

My family and I relaxed in your hotel for a week. In general, we liked everything. Staff was attentive and friendly. Our hotel suite was spacious and clean, but a little bit old-fashioned. Furniture was comfortable and bedding clean. Hotel is located in quiet and beautiful residential area, but unfortunately far away from the city downtown, and it was inconvenient to travel around the city. Price for a standard hotel suite was affordable. Breakfast was included in the price of the suite and was delicious; however, unfortunately, lunch and dinner were not included in the price. In general, we had an incredible stay in your hotel. We highly recommend it for a quite family stay.

Stayed at this hotel for 5 days. Cozy, modern, comfortable. Quick check-in (special thanks to Adm. Mikhail!), clean room with a beautiful view from the window. Towels are changed every day, rooms are cleaned daily. There is a kettle, hairdryer, shampoo and conditioner, toothbrushes and toothpaste, slippers. Daily - tea, coffee, cream, sugar, bottled water. On my birthday, they brought me a compliment from the hotel to my room - a dish of goodies. It was unexpected and very pleasant. Special thanks for this! 30 minutes by bus to the center. , it’s surprising that it is always half empty, whether in the center or out of the center. Near the hotel there is a bus stop and a Mini Lenta store, a little further away is Pyaterochka. If we go to St. Petersburg again, we will choose this hotel!

Actually this days we have quite warm weather, but at the night a bit cold. Wind sometimes are really cold. At night its close to 18-20 degrees, at night close to 12-14 degrees.
So we are advice to you pick up few t-shirts but dont forget about jacket and warm sweaters!
