In one word I would describe this Hotel as cheap. And its not about a price of accomodation. Its about furniture, breakfast, Location. I couldn't test the wellness, but I'm sure it wouldn't change my impression. All in all a low end 3 star subberb hotel.

It was interresting to go this hotel because pictures looked like nice and price reasonable inc breakfast.
Its maybe a little difficult to go there without own car because its not in center...however
taxi doesnt cost so much if you do the deal before hire it or use call center.
Hotel quite good looking inc everything nessessary, room a little simple as well as bathroom but ok especially with this price.Around hotel like they advertised nature and small lakes.Isolations of rooms would be nice if little more better because easily was heard some noice from other rooms.
There was f.e. nice playroom for children.
Breakfast also was ok with this price.

Disgusting hotel, terrible treatment of guests. Friends (a couple) came to our room, sat quietly and talked. We called the reception (you pay 2600 for guests), then the drunk security guard came and kicked the guests out. To the question: is someone complaining or are we making noise....? Are we disturbing anyone???, and he began to threaten that we would have a conversation with the authorities tomorrow. We have never encountered such an attitude. For a moment - this is a LUXURY room 👆🏻 in the morning we woke up to knocking on the walls, they were carrying out repairs about which there was no information at all. We ordered lunch in the room, borscht-porridge soup, kharcho soup is even worse, the meat is not chewable, very salty. Mushroom julienne is similar to julienne and is also very salty. The whole neighborhood goes to the pool, how is that? We do not recommend this hotel, from the word AT ALL!!!
P.S. The linen in the LUX room is cheap, darned and with holes🤦‍♀️

Came to see a mini golf course and a gazebo with a birthday sauna. Staff claimed the right dates were available, but when it came to payment, everything was already available for the right dates. No one even apologized for the situation.

The canteen has low quality food. The quality of the room does not deserve 4 stars. Card forms in the rooms are expired from 2021. The windows are bad, it's drafty. Poor quality doors, overpriced repairs by 3 times compared to the card blank and poor heating.. Ai Wai

we stayed there for 5 days, we had to change rooms, the wi fi does not work most of the time, it was clean, nobody speaks English, AND one night we came back late from an evening out, the brother of my wife...which is russian slept on the couch of our room for a few hours, and the day we were supposed to leave my wife was stopped in the street by what we could call the security man playing KGB, he asked 2000 roubles to my wife because he saw her brother in our room..then he said if we did not pay I would be arrested at customs because he had friends there....no need to tell you russia went down a few notches right there....

Dear guest, thank you for choosing our hotel and taking the time to write a review. you described a situation I would like to investigate. According to the rules of our hotel, guests can onle be in your room until 23:00, after this time you must pay for the guest as an extra bed. In all likelihood, it was. Your guest was iate and didn't want to pay for his stay. And theman who stopped you was a hotel security guard, and that's his job. We hope this did not spoil your stay, and now you will always learn learn the rules of each hotel. The network administration and hotels K-Vizit.

Dear guest, the administration of the hotel chain K-Vizit thanks You for choosing our hotel and for Your comment. Your opinion is very important for our work. I would like to explain why You were asked to pay for registration. According to the law of the Russian Federation, every foreign guest must register with the migration service upon arrival. This service is paid. The reason you didn't pay for this at other hotels is because they have already included this service in the room rate. And the law in all territory of our country is uniform. We hope that these circumstances could not spoil Your holiday, and You will definitely visit us. Sincerely administration of a network of hotels K-Vizit.
