I stayed here for one night in comfort double room. The hotel is about 15 mins away from Moscow station and metro station and rather convenient. The owner was very kind and helpful and they prepare breakfast based on your request. The room is big and kept clean.

This is a very good and clean hotel. It's located in a very quite and good place with big number of various restaurants around. Great and pleasure staff which is always ready to help and advice. Simple breakfast, but very testy ice-cream :-) Highly recommended !

We stayed here in July 2016. The staff are amazing. No matter what time you come or go someone is always available, ready and happy to help with anything; even when being picked up by a taxi at 2:30am! The front door is always locked so you have to ring the bell to get in. We liked the feeling of...

This hotel is simply amazing. The staff are all lovely and cannot do enough for you. The hotel is spotlessly clean . Slippers, bathrobe and warmed floor gives feelings of serenity. Breakfast is hearty comparing with other hotels. Rooms have a good noise insulation. The location is nearby Nevskiy but is quiet and you can reach place of interest with...

I can't compliment this place enough. Huge language barrier for us, but we managed through the miracle of Google Translate and our phones. The staff could not have been more pleasant and friendly - even after I accidentally sat on a curtain in my room and tore it down. : ( We were a family of four (2 adults, 2...

Since the moment you step in the hotel, you feel a very welcomed guest. Staff is fantastic. All our wishes were met! Situated 10 minutes away from the subway station Ploschad Vosstaniya and Moscow railway station, the hotel benefits from dozens of restaurants for every taste. Visit Trapist!!! 10 minutes away from the hotel.

Stayed there 4 nights. Staff was great. Very clean and quiet. Marianne was wonderful. Enjoyed the extras. Ice cream in the afternoon was great. A little far from the sights. Two nice restaurants on the next street. Breakfast was good. Had fun trying to understand each other but we were able to communicate.

I spent 3 nights at the Kamerdiner while on a short trip to Saint Petersburg. I found this hotel to be perfect for my short stay with my 16 year old son. We needed a visa and they were extremely helpful and quick in sending me the visa support documents. They were also very pro active in writing to me...
