We had a room with a panoramic view on the 7th floor, the view is beautiful day and night. The room has tooth utensils, slippers, bathrobes, shampoo balm and shower gel in one copy- and there are two of us. We refused to clean the room and put up a "do not disturb" sign as we left, but the cleaning was done anyway. Underground parking for cars is charged. Generally nice, fresh hotel.

A modern loft style apartments located at Malaya Neva riverfront with excellent views on a new architectural attractions - sports arena, Lahta tower, and cable-stayed bridge. The place is really quite thanks to thick brick walls and soundproof panoramic windows. Reception ladies are friendly and helpful. Will come back again

rooms are clean and nice , its like an apartment , the view is perfect, staffs are nice. a big supermarket next to hotel 5 minutes walking. and also 20 minutes walking to metro station, and really far from city center

When asked if we can discuss the details of the work over the phone, it turns out that it is not accepted by them or she is always at a meeting. Very good and comfy rooms. All very modern and good space, we really liked them and the fact of having our own washing machine, especially after being away for longer. We arrived at 7.30am and yes, we didn't book the night before on purpose as we were there for the world cup and hotel rates were sky high. Othereise we would have done it normally. We though we give it a try, if the hotel is not fully booked, we could manage to get 1 room at least. The hotel called us the day before asking for our arrival time and said if they can, they will have 1 room ready. We were impressed. When we arrived the receptionist said he will give us the room at 100% cost, which we declined and understood, however we were very disappointed to find out that our rooms were not occupied and after inquiring the hotel occupancy he confirmed it was at 79%! I believe it would have been smarter to have 4 happy guests than trying to maximize the opportunity. We decided to go to town for breakfast until our rooms would be "ready for check in". The receptionist said he will call us around 9 or 10am but nobody did. Anyways we returned around 1pm to check in. It was quite a challenge to communicate with them as only 1 guy spoke English. Breakfast was very good and the waiters friendly. They let us check out 1 hr later.

The rooms are very nice, now that they are new. All the furniture is IKEA though and I wouldn't expect it to last very long. Wifi works well and the rooms are spacious. The attention to the customer however is very poor, the personell doesn't speak English that much and the cleaning service is inconsistent. Some days we were given bottles of water after the room was cleaned, some days we were not. Same goes for the dishwasher soap: at first they left one capsule in the kitchen drawer for free, then after the second capsule (in a 5 nights stay) they told us it would be 50RUB.
All the advices and notices posted in the doors are in Russian only and one day we were awaken by an alarm. Turns out they were testing the fire alarm and forgot to tell us.
Finally, the area around the hotel is currently in development so it isn't really a good choice if you are looking to be close to the center or the metro station.
I would definitely not come again.

The hotel is modern, clean and very nice. The staff is service minded and english speaking. We were a group of 34 people, who suddenly wanted to eat in the restaurant, in the morning or in the evening, and the staff did really the best they could to see that we were taken care of at all time. The restaurant provided tasty and fresh food.

Excellent hotel with very friendly management and staff.The apartments were very clean and well maintained. We appreciated kind help when dealing with our quite large group.Very good English speaking receptionists.

It literally feels like sleeping in an IKEA store: all the furniture is theirs. Quite comfortable apartments, shame about the location, quite decentralized (if you come by car, don't park in the underground car park: a few steps under the road overpass there is free parking and you'll save 700 rubles a day). The only restaurant nearby is the one inside, the Beastie: if you eat there, avoid pizza and pasta... as well as coffee!
