The rest of the restaurant employees, although it is clear that they are trying, are not up to the level.
In my corner room there was a large lamp that covered half the living room. And when I wanted to turn it on, it turned out that it didn’t have a power supply, I don’t know where it went, but doesn’t the maid really see this and can’t tell me about a replacement? This is how the stupid lamp stands idle.
The staff at the reception are also lacking initiative, it’s clear that they are tired.
Branded radio channels have disappeared from the TV, but a menu has appeared where you can order additional towels, a robe, etc. True, after ordering, no one brought anything, until I called the reception. Why then is this menu on TV? Bring back the radio, it's more useful.

Localization. The hotel is located on the territory of one of the largest exhibition complexes in Russia - ExpoForum. From Pulkovo to the hotel 10 minutes by taxi. There is also a shuttle to the airport. There is free parking for car enthusiasts.
The room took a standard one with a large bed located on the 3rd floor, windows to the yard.
A room big enough for its class. Huge panoramic window. The desk. Plasma. Tea station. It's all right for these situations.
Room clean, set of towels, bath amenities.
The bathroom has a bathtub and separate shower cabin, to choose from.
The hotel has a spa, a 20-meter swimming pool, a gym. However, I did not use these services.
Breakfast was in the restaurant on the 1st floor. The menu is rich , different dishes to choose from. You can order scrambled eggs or scrambled eggs from the chef, which will be made immediately with you.
The staff are friendly and polite.
Overall, the hotel stay left a pleasant experience.

In terms of accommodation, there are rooms with one bed and some with separate ones. If you are with a child, then an extra bed can be added to the room (see photos). Please note that the hotel considers a child under 12 years of age. For an older child you will have to pay extra.
I definitely recommend the hotel! The curtains on the windows close so that during the day it’s like night in the room!

The restaurant Gril is a complete disappointment, at a price of 1,000₽ per dish it serves what is as if cooked in a nearby barbecue shop (look and taste).
Occupancy of 250 rooms, which means you'll be queuing up for breakfast for food you don't have left, and then queuing up to find an available table.
When she contacted the front desk, the manager didn't even come out.
Rooms are all shabby, bathrobes with other people's hair.
Just a terrible impression of the trip.
We stopped by for two nights after the wedding ceremony (it was indicated in the check-in comments). The junior suite was chosen from the rooms as it was the only one available from the best at the time of booking.
During check-in, no one came to the taxi to help with two suitcases and 10 bouquets of flowers, plus a couple of personal bags.
The husband contacted the reception. To which I received the answer that they CAN call the staff with a cart.
The things stood on the street for 15 minutes and no one touched them.
We also had to ask separately to be escorted to our room.
Apparently “here are your cards, third floor” is the maximum service they can provide to a couple in a suit and wedding dress.
The request to bring vases to the room caused complete bewilderment among the girls at the reception.
In the evening, a trip to the “restaurant” Gril’ for a couple of snacks and a glass of wine - 3/10
Next we decided to see what kind of bar there was. We drank a good margarita and negroni. After which they asked us to pack a package for our room. When asked to put a lime in, the answer is that you will have to cut it with something in the room. Apparently they can’t make it sliced right away.
But the top thing is the SPA.
The SPA itself is not bad. But the level of poor service continues here. We had to leave the spa area back to the reception to find out why there was a break in the kitchen, which was not written about anywhere. And no, this is not a claim out of nowhere. I am diabetic. And I need to follow a nutritional schedule, especially before exercise in the form of a sauna and the like.
The answer was simply killer: the chef himself decides when he takes a break.
The staff communicates very coldly and sometimes even arrogantly. An incomprehensible young man behind the counter sitting cross-legged, a girl with a semi-boorish manner of communication. In principle, talking to a guest while sitting while the guest is standing is already a big indicator.
All in all:
Interior 4/5
Kitchen 2/5
Service 0/5
Spa 2/5
The level of staff was simply disappointing.

Traditionally, for the 3rd or 4th time, we stopped to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The front management of the hotel contacted us in advance, as always, to clarify their wishes. Quote "Creating a comfortable living environment for you, as a member of the Hilton Honors Silver loyalty program, is our priority. It is very important to us that your experience while staying at our hotel remains at the same high level as before."
Our wishes were a high floor (it is indicated in the participant’s profile) and glasses/ice bucket. All.
At the reception we were given a room on the 2nd floor overlooking the entrance, citing heavy workload. We were also offered free breakfast for the 2nd guest as compensation for not being given a room on a high floor. Sorry, I paid for a room for 2 guests! The answer is incorrect operation of the system. When we went up to the room, we discovered that it was located opposite the elevator doors to the SPA. Not a bad neighborhood for a romantic retreat, I thought and returned to the reception. They promised to move us within an hour. For some reason, glasses and an ice bucket are now brought in the evening. We asked for this to be done immediately.
An hour later, no one called, the reception did not answer, and we went down again. We waited for 2.5 hours without unpacking our things. With a smile they told us that it was alas.
Dear Administration, what I hate most is when I am deceived. There were free rooms. All types of rooms in your application are available for booking. At the reception in front of us, the managers offered us several to choose from.
Moral of the story, never book a prepaid Hilton. After receiving the funds, they will not do anything for your comfort.
PS: rotten grapes are a compliment from the hotel.

Unfortunately this time it was not the case. It feels like the manager has changed, because there are still a lot of questions. I'm a picky guest. I pay attention to everything. For example, the worst thing I saw on previous visits was once day-old dust on a night light. That's all!
So this time it was worse. First of all, every time I visit, I ask for a large robe. I indicated this when booking the room, and in the end the robe was a standard size. When they called and asked to bring a large one, they brought the standard one again. The day after the spa, when we arrived at the room, there were dirty dishes from our room on the floor, the room was cleaned, but they did not bring clean glasses or empty the trash can in the bathroom. Towards evening, the key to enter the room and the lounge bar stopped working for me and my husband, so they changed it. Today at 11.30 I wanted to drink coffee in the lounge bar, the key did not work, I was left without coffee and water. The corridor and elevator were dirty, and in particular, where self-service with drinks (in the lobby) was also not in order. Where there was a corporate event on Friday in the conference rooms, on Saturday one could see the remnants of the event in the form of garbage, stepladders and some kind of chaos.
We lived on the second floor, in the elevator and there was some kind of dirt near the elevator, like construction debris. She was yesterday, she was today. There was also something lying in the corridor. The staff is friendly, but it feels like the guys are undergoing practice. Not the same level of service as it was before!
We were pleased with our visit to the lounge bar; a courteous young man made sure that we were comfortable. Breakfast is average, although rather good, but without any frills.
The rooms are still good, we are happy with the cleaning.
There are questions about the spa, but I’ll write them to them.
Used to be my favorite hotel. Recommended to everyone as the best of the best. No competitors were considered. Now it's debatable. Definitely price does not equal quality in this period.

Booked my rooms through the Hilton app. Two rooms with breakfast for 2 adults and 3 kids.
The receptionist told me in a very rude way that I should pay almost double the price than mentioned in my booking. That kids breakfasts and extra bed would be payable extra, although it was not mentioned in the app.
There was absolutely no willingness to discuss the issue, the receptionist kept on yelling at that I should have read the small print at the website (I did not use the website, but the app) and that it was my fault.
Never again!

Although the location isn't central, the shuttle is timely and a quick ride to either the airport or the metro.
We were graciously upgraded to a nice and luxurious suite. The highlight of the trip however, was the wonderful service provided by Gospodin Hamadi from the executive lounge and occasional pop-in at breakfast. He was very attentive and inspired me to return later this year.
