Pros:
1. The location is very good, the hotel is located in a park, there is also a huge Kirov park nearby, there is where to take a walk. In summer there is also an amusement park nearby, although it can be noisy (I was only there in winter).
2. The hotel has a large spa complex, unfortunately there are no analogues in St. Petersburg.
3. They give good massages and there is a choice of massages.
4. Near the metro and the area is sparsely populated in winter - it’s quiet because... housing there costs a lot of money.
Minuses:
1. There may be rude employees at the reception (not all).
2. Room cleaning is not very good and often they don’t bring soap or toilet paper until you call and ask.
3. The rooms are outdated, many things are damaged and the ergonomics of the rooms themselves are poorly done - there is no radiator in the bathroom, normal hooks, etc. When we moved in, our sink was completely clogged with someone's hair and the water didn't drain well...
4. The hotel restaurant is so-so both in terms of food and service. The center is full of much better establishments.
5. The spa complex costs 2000 rubles per person (this is with a discount for residents), and the spa doesn’t even have a water cooler. The bar sells coffee, which is perfect for a sauna... There are no herbal teas. The cheap sunbeds are unpleasant to lie on.
6. The hotel has a lot of basic rooms, so part of the contingent of residents is so-so and interferes with your rest (camps with children, monkeys in saunas splashing water on the stones, people diving in the pool right at you, etc.). It’s better to fix the hotel’s problems and raise prices by 2 times so that such personnel will not be here.
In general, the hotel is so-so - average, a C grade. If it weren't for the large swimming pool and parks around, I would never have stayed there.
I arrived at the hotel before the official check-in time and asked about the possibility of checking in a little earlier. The girl at the reception happily said that as soon as the room was cleaned, she would immediately call me and offer to check in. I’ve been sitting in the lobby all this time, no one calls. As luck would have it, two hours later I decided to come up and ask, but it turns out the room had been ready for a long time. Not critical, but unpleasant.
Went for breakfast. Next to my table there is a puddle of something spilled. The staff knows about this because they walk around or step over the puddle, but no one knows to remove it. Strange
The trash cans on the street are crowded, someone ordered a poppy seed, burger boxes are lying right on the asphalt in front of the hotel entrance, but no one cares. In the smoking area, the entire ground is littered with cigarette butts, and this is not because the guests are pigs, but because the trash can in the smoking area is overflowing and everything falls to the ground.
It seems like such simple things that can be easily fixed, but why? Strange
Every evening we ordered from the room service supposed to operate 24hr but which we were told again due to virus only works until 10pm.
Tonight my wife calls for a simple desert (chocolate brownie) at 9.32 pm to be told that the kitchen cannot take order at this time.
I am fairly surprised by this attitude as for sure they would need to have someone and quite frankly a brownie is not the hardest thing to bring up.
I decided to myself call and ask to speak to a manager: I am being told there is no one I can speak to... this as well pretty unheard of in any hotel... no one is responsible.
Anyhow I mentioned my lack of understanding and the fact that I believe it completely unprofessional to refuse an order within the already limited time of there service and that I would very much appreciate them doing the simple order we asked for.
No and sorry we cannot was all I got.
I am outraged and baffled with the lack of professionalism of this hotel supposed to offer service and quality. No one responsible and clearly unwilling to accommodate 2 min of a untold time restriction.
View of the road, which also makes noise.
Pros: quite comfortable bed, nice robe.
2) do not put personal items (toothbrush, razor, etc.)
3) they refused to serve you an empty plate and cutlery if you don’t order Food (manipulation)
4) no microwave!!!!
5) they don’t provide dishes in the room! Funny, but true!
5) entering the pool strictly at intervals is extremely inconvenient
6) poor breakfast….
4) pros: cleanliness of the gym, good swimming pool and Finnish sauna
Dear manager, work with the hotel; there is a complete discrepancy between price and quality and communication with guests
Valery
We arrived half an hour early, they didn’t come to meet us, they checked into our room minute by minute. Everything is formal, ok.
And then it’s absolutely wonderful. We came to the room in the evening and it was not cleaned. When I asked why, they answered: “Oh, they got it mixed up.” Well, ok, clean up now, I’m ready to wait, so the answer is even better: “Sorry, there’s no one to clean up.”
Class! 17,000 per night... no towel, no shampoo, trash in the room)))
Sorry, no more!
