I have been to this hotel 4 times over the course of several years and I can say that year after year the problems are not corrected, but only get worse. Specifically pros and cons:

Pros:
1. The location is very good, the hotel is located in a park, there is also a huge Kirov park nearby, there is where to take a walk. In summer there is also an amusement park nearby, although it can be noisy (I was only there in winter).
2. The hotel has a large spa complex, unfortunately there are no analogues in St. Petersburg.
3. They give good massages and there is a choice of massages.
4. Near the metro and the area is sparsely populated in winter - it’s quiet because... housing there costs a lot of money.

Minuses:
1. There may be rude employees at the reception (not all).
2. Room cleaning is not very good and often they don’t bring soap or toilet paper until you call and ask.
3. The rooms are outdated, many things are damaged and the ergonomics of the rooms themselves are poorly done - there is no radiator in the bathroom, normal hooks, etc. When we moved in, our sink was completely clogged with someone's hair and the water didn't drain well...
4. The hotel restaurant is so-so both in terms of food and service. The center is full of much better establishments.
5. The spa complex costs 2000 rubles per person (this is with a discount for residents), and the spa doesn’t even have a water cooler. The bar sells coffee, which is perfect for a sauna... There are no herbal teas. The cheap sunbeds are unpleasant to lie on.
6. The hotel has a lot of basic rooms, so part of the contingent of residents is so-so and interferes with your rest (camps with children, monkeys in saunas splashing water on the stones, people diving in the pool right at you, etc.). It’s better to fix the hotel’s problems and raise prices by 2 times so that such personnel will not be here.

In general, the hotel is so-so - average, a C grade. If it weren't for the large swimming pool and parks around, I would never have stayed there.

Nice modern hotel, good rooms. But there are nuances.
I arrived at the hotel before the official check-in time and asked about the possibility of checking in a little earlier. The girl at the reception happily said that as soon as the room was cleaned, she would immediately call me and offer to check in. I’ve been sitting in the lobby all this time, no one calls. As luck would have it, two hours later I decided to come up and ask, but it turns out the room had been ready for a long time. Not critical, but unpleasant.
Went for breakfast. Next to my table there is a puddle of something spilled. The staff knows about this because they walk around or step over the puddle, but no one knows to remove it. Strange
The trash cans on the street are crowded, someone ordered a poppy seed, burger boxes are lying right on the asphalt in front of the hotel entrance, but no one cares. In the smoking area, the entire ground is littered with cigarette butts, and this is not because the guests are pigs, but because the trash can in the smoking area is overflowing and everything falls to the ground.

It seems like such simple things that can be easily fixed, but why? Strange

Beautiful hotel with 3 fantastic pools and jacuzzi. Located on two wonderful little beaches surrounded by cliffs. Nice and clean rooms. The hotel is quite remote so the best thing is to have a scooter. The wall to the hotel is very rocky. The only negative is food. The worst breakfast I have ever had. Very little to choose from and what is available is not good (in our opinion). We asked every day for scrambled eggs with onions and tomatoes and we ate that for 7 days. We ate at the restaurant once and it was not good even though the prices were almost double compared to other places nearby. Even the Cesar Salad was terrible. At check-out we received a bill for 5 restaurant visits even though we only ate there once. It took them 15 minutes to sort it out. All in all, fantastic hotel with great potential. All that is required is more trained and experienced staff. They are already very nice 👍

I have been spending 3 nights so far with my family (5 children) occupying 4 rooms of this hotel which could have a bit more people for cause of coronavirus.
Every evening we ordered from the room service supposed to operate 24hr but which we were told again due to virus only works until 10pm.
Tonight my wife calls for a simple desert (chocolate brownie) at 9.32 pm to be told that the kitchen cannot take order at this time.

I am fairly surprised by this attitude as for sure they would need to have someone and quite frankly a brownie is not the hardest thing to bring up.
I decided to myself call and ask to speak to a manager: I am being told there is no one I can speak to... this as well pretty unheard of in any hotel... no one is responsible.

Anyhow I mentioned my lack of understanding and the fact that I believe it completely unprofessional to refuse an order within the already limited time of there service and that I would very much appreciate them doing the simple order we asked for.
No and sorry we cannot was all I got.

I am outraged and baffled with the lack of professionalism of this hotel supposed to offer service and quality. No one responsible and clearly unwilling to accommodate 2 min of a untold time restriction.

Thank you for the service and hospitality! We enjoyed a short walk to the park. The spa was clean and well maintained. I just really wish that the one-night room cost has included the cost of the two visits to the spa area (otherwise everything was top-notch).

The hotel is absolutely not worth the money. Access to the pool is by appointment only and the cost is not included in your stay. The baths in the spa are cold and not all are included; all baths are only included on weekends. The renovation is tired, the carpets in the hallways and rooms are stained. Dust on lamps. There are no hygiene products in the form of paste or brush. The shower stall does not close, the shower head leaks, and a huge puddle forms in the bathroom after taking a shower. Breakfast is monotonous, food in the restaurant is not tasty and expensive. The towels in the rooms are not complete, sometimes thin or thick. I was there for three nights, the rooms were not cleaned. Instead of cleaning, they put in fresh towels and that’s it, although there were dishes left over from ordering food to the room that should have been removed. The pastel was not covered, and of course the floor was not vacuumed. Upon check-in, there were several black hairs lying on the clean snow-white bed...
View of the road, which also makes noise.

Pros: quite comfortable bed, nice robe.

1) rudeness in communication with room service
2) do not put personal items (toothbrush, razor, etc.)
3) they refused to serve you an empty plate and cutlery if you don’t order Food (manipulation)
4) no microwave!!!!
5) they don’t provide dishes in the room! Funny, but true!
5) entering the pool strictly at intervals is extremely inconvenient
6) poor breakfast….
4) pros: cleanliness of the gym, good swimming pool and Finnish sauna
Dear manager, work with the hotel; there is a complete discrepancy between price and quality and communication with guests

The hotel is not worth the money. Not only is parking paid, but the fees are also exorbitant. And this despite the fact that the price for the rooms is also not small. The location is not the best - there are no shops or restaurants nearby. The condition of the hotel is average - many things are dirty, shabby or broken. Breakfast costs the same every day, although on weekends it is a huge buffet, and on weekdays it is “pre-order”, where the menu is very limited. Many, having learned about this, turn around and take a taxi to the nearest restaurant. It will be 2 times cheaper. In addition, the breakfasts are very monotonous. They were not allowed into the spa complex on the last day, arguing that the number of free visits is determined by the number of nights. What nonsense? We don't go to the pool at night. And before that, it was always possible, even in summer, to go for free every calendar day. In addition, there were problems with the pool itself - the water was below normal, which is why there was an unbearable stench at the sides, and the massage jets that were supposed to be in the water flowed like a fountain above it. There is a bar in the pool, but it is always empty as there is nothing there. Only juice, water and, for some reason, coffee. There are no herbal or vitamin teas or cocktails. On the main page of the site there is a photograph of their “largest spa complex”, and in the bathroom in the rooms there is nothing necessary - no hooks, no radiator, no shelf, no spacious shower. The rooms themselves are also small. And all this, I remind you, for a lot of money. And a few months ago, a disabled person was not allowed into the spa complex at all. For which, fortunately, they paid a decent fine. There are a huge number of good hotels in St. Petersburg. This one is not one of them. Maybe other hotels don’t have the “largest SPA complex,” but everything else is worth its price and will cost you 2-3 times less than in this hotel.

Disgusting service! It's a shame that such a luxury hotel in such a beautiful location has deteriorated so much.

We arrived half an hour early, they didn’t come to meet us, they checked into our room minute by minute. Everything is formal, ok.

And then it’s absolutely wonderful. We came to the room in the evening and it was not cleaned. When I asked why, they answered: “Oh, they got it mixed up.” Well, ok, clean up now, I’m ready to wait, so the answer is even better: “Sorry, there’s no one to clean up.”

Class! 17,000 per night... no towel, no shampoo, trash in the room)))
Sorry, no more!
