Stayed 5 nights at the hotel, great central location. Staff very friendly and helpful and English spoken. Rooms very clean and value for money. You can walk to downtown and most of the restaurants and attractions. We had a room overlooking the sea, a bit extra but worth it. Only downside of hotel was the breakfast 'hot' food was never...

Dear Guest, thank you very much for your warm review! We are very glad that you appreciated our great location in the very heart of Vladivostok on the Amur Bay cost with a wonderful seaview from our windows, the cleaness of our rooms, the taste of the food on the breakfast buffet in the restaurant "Port Avenue" and of course...

Quite nice hotel, cozy and new. Sea view rooms for additional 1000rub per night, but the windows are very DIRTY, so the offer doesn't work. I wouldn't pay for it and we didnt. The other side is a bit noisy but it was ok on the 8th floor.

Dear Guest, thank you very much for your review! We are very glad that you enjoyed your stay in our hotel and appreciated our new and modern hotel and rooms. We stayed two nights and everything was very good. Our room was very comfortable with great views to the bay. Staff speaks excellent English (and German!) of the The counter iat the lobby is strangely small for such an hotel. The location, on top of a small hill between rail station and downtown is very appropriate for sightseein: no need...

This hotel has to decide whether it targets upper scale customers (4 stars) or budget groups (2-3 stars). As it tries to match everyone, it does not fit anyone. Very small lobby, with a reception connected with the bar. Not the most convenient combination. Good, spacious, clean rooms, but all other amenities of a low standard. Very basic restaurant, with...

Very good bedroom... Service is good also... The breakfast is well served and with good varieties of food. Well located, near the city centre and with lots of options of restaurants and things to do. If you don't mind walking you can see most of the city's tourist attractions.

In the absence of large hospitality companies, such as Marriott, Starwood, Hyatt, it place is taken by the Azimut. Safe, reasonably cheap, convenient. Great location. Not quite the luxury hotel but its personnel is trying hard

This is a 4 star hotel with, when we stayed - September 2016 during the East Asia Economic Summit, a 6 star price! We stayed in a standard room which was clean and relatively comfortable but very small. So at $400 Australian it was very expensive but because of the summit was the only hotel with availability for the dates...

I expected that this would be a fantastic hotel, considering that it cost as much as some of the higher quality hotels in Saint Petersburg and Moscow. Unfortunately, the hotel was a let down. The only positive is that the air conditioning worked well. The front staff were disorganized and borderline rude. They had no control over the check in...
