The reception manager Tatiana I believe her name went out if her way to assist us she is highly motivated and professional. Unfortunately this hotel you have to pay for coffee at breakfast, you also have to pay to go to the swimming pool, the internet is poor and constantly requires newer convoluted codes. Only two lifts are health hazard
We spent 2 nights in this hotel ... very well located, close to the city center, to the harbour ... perfect to visit this beautiful city The quality of service is really good ... Thanks to the Concierge ... really nice !
excellant location and food useful staff no worrries staying here We started our rail trip here, our first time in Russia. We had concerns but everyhwere we were wondered around town, hilly like SF,never a hint of problem. Ate well ( dumpling republic, old fashion to name two excellant meals)
Very clean friendly and helpful staff. Good view from our room which was large enough fir the two of us with our bags. Comfortable and well located adjacent to the shopping area. Restaurants were good particularly after 21 days trekking the trans siberian. The room was warm but we were able to open a window. Very good hotel.

Eventually I could never find that person and none of the drivers waiting at the airport said they were from Lotte Hotel even though the hotel said more than once that the driver was wearing a green jacket and was waiting for me. It was close to 2am then (after arriving from Hong Kong at about 1am). At last I took a supposedly unlicensed taxi and got to the hotel, noticing that the card with my name on it was behind the front desk. I guess there might be a communication problem but I believe there is room for the hotel to catch up with international norms and the standards of other Lotte hotels, like the ones I have stayed in Seoul and Hanoi which I consider impeccable.…
