Was here for two nights ... disappointed in service for the price I paid. Came here because my first choice was already booked. Front desk staff was awfully busy texting but not too responsive to guests. No laundry service, and when I asked about any nearby laundry service, I was reluctantly given a phone number but no other information nor assistance. Line for breakfast one morning when the breakfast room was overwhelmed by a tour group (but no line other mornings), and coffee maker was out of service two of my three mornings there. Breakfast was OK but not great ... which sums up my stay here. Room was clean and comfortable but poor service for the price I paid, highest since Moscow on my Trans-Siberian trip. Umbrellas to borrow would have been a nice small touch in rainy Vladivostok.

Stayed here for two nights after arriving on the trainsiberian, before going to the ferry to South Korea. Very close to the station and ferry terminal. Our room was directly adjacent to a part of the Hotel that was being renovated, so felt a bit like living in a building site. Lots of signs saying luggage storage is not free, things prohibited. And the staff at breakfast were unfriendly and rude several mornings, refused to let us in due to random new rules of the day. Staff at the reception was nice though. I would find another hotel next time I visit Vladivostok.

One of the best locations I would say because is a quiet road but less than 10 minutes walk to train and port stations and also in the opposite direction you can be at the beach and a nice promenade with cool restaurants overlooking the sea of Japan

Just stayed there for 4 hours i.e. between arriving at the railway station with the Transsib and taking the ferry to Japan via South Korea. Very central location close to train station and to the sea terminal. Breakfast was ok, but not overwhelming. The room was clean, the elevator seemed to be a bit too small. Seemed to be a hotel very much frequented by visitors from South Korea and / or Japan. Staff was friendly, English speaking staff is hard to find, the staff had difficulty to locate the payment which was made by my travel agency in advance. So I paid again and got reimbursed by my travel agency who in turn had been reimbursed by the hotel after they finally managed to find the pre-payment.

It’s hard to explain the level of rudeness. It started with the breakfast staff who were just plain hostile and clearly wanted to convey their disgust at having to do anything. Then this evening my experience of the blonde woman on reception, with a tag, ‘Xpacumana’ beggars belief. When I asked if she could help connect me to the WIFI she just huffed, no. I tried again. Tomorrow. Only on phone. (Even though I’d connected the iPad on the previous day). I asked her where her manager was. She got up and virtually spat out, 8, as she tapped at the clock behind the desk, 8, 8, 8. I eventually managed to get her to at least try to connect me with her giving me a lot of head shaking and grumps. Then, when a man turned up and asked if she could help me, she was all smiles and sorrys. I like Russians, I like Vladivostok. But I hate the staff in this hotel.
