The hotel is good and clean. One of the better hotel we have stayed in Russia. Breakfast spread is of reasonable standard but internet services is slow. Other than that I must say the hotel is of international standard
Best Place to stay away from the city, it gave a feel of a very decent environment, the shuttle service for the metro station was outstanding, the driver was very friendly, overall excellent service is provided.
The hotel is definitely quite good by itself. Impeccably clean, Nespresso coffee makers in superior rooms, decent amenities, very competitive restaurant, free shuttle to the underground station and (mostly) excellent service personnel. Also, you can find lots of carsharing vehicles around. The location is mediocre: very few overpriced cafes/restaurants and a construction site just next to the hotel. The underground is far: 20 mins by foot. Anyone smiling at the security can get to any floor — not good. The aircon does not cool rooms: the management only allows it working in the fan mode (cost-saving?) even when asked by a guest to switch it on. You have to open a windows — and voilà, the harsh sounds of construction works come up! Minus one point, then. There are only two medium-size pillows in a room. When asked to provide two more, I was only given one (too many guests are asking, u know..). If that is true, why not purchase more &ucking pillows, for goodness sake?! A guy at the bar (a newbie, I was told) never smiles and never talks to customers. He is such a contrast to others. Minus one more point, OK. However, I would certainly return if the management fixes the problem with the aircon. …
Price/quality this hotel is very nice, but the internet connection is very slow (3 megabits) and the management can’t do anything about it. You can purchase additional 3 megabits for $5 per night. This practice isn’t nice towards business travelers.
This is a nice hotel in a quiet neighbourhood. Good size room, comfortable mattresses and pillows, nice shower, good quality wifi, good spread of complimentary breakfast. Easy and quick check in and check out. There is not much of a view, as it is located in a residential area, a supermarket is nearby other shopping areas are bit away. This hotel is about an hour’s drive from the main city and slightly more from the Moscow airport. The customer service was good, we had a nice stay, I can safely recommend this hotel to fellow travellers.
Excellent location, very good breakfast. Free wifi available. Comparing price location balance is really good. Parking is not available. Staff really friendly and helpful. I am really satisfied, absolutely recomended.
Calm , clean , very beautiful , and very welcoming , little bit far from center but the metro is good enough as it’s near to Izmaylovo park , I’ll recommend park “ inn “ for my friends and will always stay “ inn “ next trips ))))
Lovely rooms , clean and plenty of space, comfy beds and a good size walk in shower. Every member of staff without fail do everything to make your stay comfortable. Reasonable price and great service .
When I read the previous review stating it is 10 minutes walk from Red Square - it may my day. Looks like that gentleman did not realize where he was at all. In reality this hotel is far from everywhere, even nearest underground is 20 min walking distance in case you are in good fitness shape. Check in is Okey, room is quite good, but there is no pool, neither any other facility common for Radisson. We had prepaid breakfast, but surprised to see a long line of some Chinese tourists and Russian sport teams, which was starting from reception desk... Food choice and quality was below average, that is good place for one night when you are tired and no place to go
I stayed for couple of nights. Well managed hotel. Very friendly staff. 10 min walk from Red square. Every thing nearby. Front desk lady even arranged tickets for us(military band show). Lobby is small but not that busy
