Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

The hotel is located a five-minute walk from the Mira Circle - very convenient. There is a post with guards on the first floor. They told me what floor the hotel was on. The elevator was working. On the 5th floor reception, exit the elevator and go right to the end. By 14:00 the room was not ready, we had to wait about 20 minutes for the keys to be given out.
The administrator Elena is very pleasant and polite.
The room is spacious, has a balcony, and a private bathroom.
Supplies: the cheapest paper, two bars of soap, two shampoos.
There is no hairdryer (although it was advertised) in the room, no slippers, no bathrobes, no toothpaste - even less so.
Everything in the room is quite old. Needs renovation. The size of the curtains does not cover the entire window, the tulle is stained, there are stains on the walls. There is plaster lying on the balcony.
The bed linen, although snow-white, was covered in someone's black hair. There are stains on the bedspread.
The TV remote barely worked; some buttons simply could not be pressed. Initially, 10 channels are saved; you can manually configure your own, but not save them - the buttons do not work.
There is an unpleasant smell from the refrigerator, there is no kettle. There is a decanter and two cut glasses.
The hotel is quiet, the sound insulation seems to be quite good.
There were no problems with entering after 23:00, they called the administrator, the call was answered, and they were allowed inside. Wi-Fi worked very poorly, it was easier to disconnect.
There is a water cooler in the corridor.
It seems like everything)
Overall not bad, but there are a lot of nuances. I can’t recommend it; in the absence of other options, I may have moved in again.

Это общежитие для слепых. Было некомфортно из-за грязи, тараканов. Старые кровати с торчащими пружинами.
