not a bad hotel, 10 minute walk from Petrovsko-Razumovskoe metro station (grey line, Northern Moscow), clean rooms, a restaurant, BUT smell of cigarette smoke almost everywhere! as a whole, the hotel is not a bad one, despite the cash ATM which does not work. Good wireless internet. Internal restaurant not bad, service is quite good, but the loud tv drives...

I were at this hotel in April this year and I really enjoyed staying there. The hotel is comfartable and nice. Food was very good and stuff too. Hotel is situated in nice location. Having very nice time at this hotel, will come next time too. I suggest it to others.

The room was nice, clean and spacious and the buffet breakfast was rich. The staff was great, aside from the fact that they speak lousy English (luckily, my friends and I knew some Russian). The Wi-Fi connection was at times painstakingly slow and we felt like we were thrown back to the dial-up age but since we spent most of...

We eventually arrived after following very average instructions on how to find the Irbis but after this were very pleased with the quality of both the room and its facilities and the buffet breakfast. Russian 'hospitality' is all part of being in Russia so the quality of service either at reception or in the restaurant was fine by us -...

The problem in Russia is that nobody speaks English, really nobody, and when you finally reach the hotel and find someone who seems to understand you, you feel relieved. It's true, the staff is not fluent in English but still... The hotel is OK, small rooms and the bathroom is very old, but it is clean and for one or...

My daughter and I finished our European adventure with a four-night stay at this hotel. The first words out of my mouth were, "please put us in a quiet room," So, the bright young woman behind the counter put us in room 211, which is right above their small rental hall. All was fine until Sat night, when they had...

Small rooms with o.k., but not spectacular, bedding. Nice shower. Nice breakfast. Internet is terrible. Way out from the center of town but metro access is very good.

The Maxima Irbis is very remote from any tourist attractions. It is a half mile walk to the nearest Metro. Our travel agent booked us for two nights and provided Maxima Hotels vouchers for dinners for two evenings. The hotel refused to honor our dinner vouchers for the second evening.

I was pleased by this hotel cause it is clean, with large rooms, with all comodities needed. Free WiFi in the room, big wardrobe, free Tea and Coffee. The Metro station is in 10 min walking & the price is great for Moscow. Take the room with breakfast cause it's very good and it will be more expensive to eat...

I just got back from Moscow. Maxima Irbis is really good hotel. The Metro station Vladykino is located 10 minutes away by foot and it takes you about 20 minutes into Tverskay st or Red Square . But that is ok, because the hotels in the centre are more expensive. Rooms, lobby and restaurant just has been renovated. Everything is...
