Built long time ago but renovated. Lovely place. Peaceful and quiet. I wouldnt mind staying here again. Great breakfast. It made me feel im in Russia definitely because of the long corridors and crackling sound as you walk. I loved it😆. 👍🏾

Read the reviews before booking and staying here - we spent 5 nights at the Slavyanka, and found it to be comfortable and pleasant. We were upgraded immediately on arrival, though it was fairly late (11 PM); staff spoke some English, but it wasn't a strong suite for the team in general. Keep in mind that, during the day, the...

My wife and I stayed on the 5th floor of this hotel in September 2016. The hotel is smaller than many of the Olympic-Era built Moscow hotels and so lacks a few things such as an on-site place to exchange currency. But there are banks within walking distance. The desk staff all spoke at least some English and were very...

Spent 1 night only so can't comment much on service. It's a huge building from the 50-s which probably was a hotel in Soviet times too. I imagine it was considered as posh those times. The owners renovated the rooms and (couple of floors?) to appear as a modern hotel but expect no wonders. Carpeted corridors and high ceilings look...

We stayed here around two weeks ago as a part of our Company's trip to Russia from India. There were 21 of us, so it was a group booking. Let's start with the positives first: The hotel is in a fairly central location. Places of interest in Central Moscow, like Red Square, are not walkable, but a Metro station (Dostoevsakaya)...

Location is not central but good as it is 5-7 min from metro station. As we booked a room with 2 single beds, we got 2 mirrored rooms (see the pictures). We were very pleasantly surprised. So I and my son slept in the separate rooms. I liked it. The rooms were cleaned and furnished in a simple way but...

We stayed in this hotel in the month of August 2016. We were on a company off site. I had selected this hotel because of its photos and reviews and tariff. We were given a decent room in the hotel. The reception staff was very unfriendly they did not understand english at all and were struggling with it. We could...

We booked Slavyanka for 2 nights (Friday 06/24/16 and Saturday 06/25/16) but only stayed Friday due to SIGNIFICANT SAFETY CONCERNS. At approximately 8:30 pm Saturday night while I was taking a shower a guy knocked on our room door. There are no peep holes so my fiancé had to open the door to see who it was. A guy about...

You get what you pay for.. i havent noticed a swimmingpool... It has a good location in Moscow. No airco. The people behind the counter speak good english so no problem there. The breakfast (0700 - 1100) is good!
