I stayed in this hotel a couple of times for business. Don't expect anything special, the breakfast is ok to start a day with, the rooms were clean, and average size, the bed is OK, and this is what I need after a whole long day in the office. At the lobby there are ATMs, and an underground station is...

Situated well out in the suburbs but right close to the second last metro stop on the green line. A nice clean small hotel in a quiet suburb with a good range of shops. Our only complaint was very narrow single beds - not good when I am 2 metres. The staff were very friendly and spoke good English. The...

The hotel is conviniently located near the subway station. It makes it fairly easy to get to the hotel from the airports. It costed us RUB1000 to take a taxi from Sheremetevo Int. Airport to the hotel. The trip took us 2 hours due to terrible traffic. I suggest everybody to take express train! The reception did not speak English,...

Most of the hotels in Moscow are too expensive for what they offer: shared bahtrooms, very far outside the city and metro, no or poor breakfast, only Russian speaking staff... If you want to avoid this, you can find good hotels, but at least for 100 euro or USD / night. Okhotnik is an excellent alternative: it's straight over a...

property that can not be deemed to three stars, at least by European standards. Expensive. air conditioning did not work , bed not comfortable (I had six days for back pain.) there is no point intenet with computers, television programs transmitted only in Russian. Breakfast was not exceptional. only positive note is the proximity to the subway.

I stayed at Hotel Cosmos once, which I don't recommend. This time we decided to try Ohotnik. The name is a little odd. My customer joked about it. However the hotel is as good as it can get. At arrival a small lobby greeted me. I wouldn't call it lobby. It's more suitable a reception or check in area. At...

Hotel is very new and clean. Staff spoke sufficient English and were friendly enough. Very close to metro station and easy to find, although the surrounding neighborhood is not somewhere you'll want to spend any time. (The area seemed safe enough; it was just a bit grubby and unappealing.) Per other review, 30 minutes to Red Square is about right....

I have stayed in a number of hotels in Moscow and I can say that this was the best so far. It was clean, quite, breakfast buffet was excellent (selection, quantity and quality), the room was well looked after plus bar and restaurant ware very good. The staff were always very helpful and there was always an English speaker available....

To the north of the city but opposite the Moscow Metro - it is 30 minutes to Red Square. Efficient hotel, small TV with no English language channels. Reception staff speak English. We had to give 1,100 Roubles as a deposit against mini-bar to get passports back from reception. Credit cards taken but not as a deposit. Sumptious breakfast until...
