Only the location is good. And the breakfast is acceptable (except the coffee). The rooms are filthy. I think the carpet was not washed for more than 10 years, and probably it sees the vacuum cleaner once a month ... The beds are terrible as well. At least the bed-linen were clean. The bathroom the same, filthy, the shower tub...

No hot water, no heating. When one was similar in the eighties Romania. Those who want a similar experience, do not come here because it is not an adventure trip The receptionist lady's shoulder pulling baby behaves, who thinks this is wrong. The financial director says: do not know what to do if something goes wrong, it goes wrong.

An old hotel that has not been given proper maintenance. Downtown location is most comvenient. Staff is accommodating and friendly. Rooms are decent size, baths are clean, if out of date. Plenty of hot water, shower does not leak onto the floor, everything works. Carpeting looks dirty, walls need washing and repainting. Beds are the worst I have ever slept...

Except for the breakfast room, which did not change too much, the hotel is a former communist place refurbished to somewhat European standards at a fair price. And the location is almost unbeatable. Just around the corner of the Romanian cathedral, 2-3 minutes from the St. Michael catholic cathedral. Parking available upon request with reception desk.

The Victoria was built in 1986 and still remains the property of the Romanian government. Their location in Central Cluj is fabulous, but I doubt there have been much in the way of renovation in the 30 years since it opened. The place is clean, but the mattresses are in need of changing and the furniture is dated. Still a...

Victoria Hotel is located in the old city center,   close to many tourist attractions. He seems to be a communist-era hotel, which has not undergone much improvement. I consider suitable for those with low budget. However, noted that the staff tries to compensate all shortcomings by kindness. Good for a short visit.

A good situation in the old town centre, this communist built hotel is a historical timepiece, never been touched, it seems, for about 40 years. If you arrive late in the night, expect the worst - keys pretty much thrown at you. Beds with mattresses that must have been there since the beginning - spring loaded and you know it!...
