Located right on the beach, with big rooms and comfortable suites. The restaurant looked good - although we only ordered snacks from the hotel hatch on the beachfront, where we were provided free chairs and umbrellas. There is ample free parking in a lot across the road from the hotel. Lots to do in walking distance. Would stay there again.

Many thanks for your comments about what we do for tourists and for everyone willing to spend a good time on the beach. The Saint Pierre beach has no shadow and no decent place to sit. We are providing all this for free, thinking about old people who need shadow and who wont seat on the floor. Beside that we are also cleaning the beach every morning. The situation of our hotel is unique and we are glad to read that you understood it. We hope to see you spending a good stay at the Alizé Plage Hotel. Best regards.

Serviceminded and frendly frendly staff, stayed 9 nights. One of many reasons for going back to Isle Intense! Perfect wiew over the Indiana ocean, and a good base for expeditions in the south / west and the mountains. English spoken very well.

Thanks a lot for your comments about our hotel, located in the most intense island of the area. Alizé Plage situation is unique, on one side you are connected directly to the heart of Saint Pierre, and on the other side you have the lagoon and the beach for you only. Our staff is dedicated to make you stay a delightful moment. We speak English, no worries, we always help overseas customers by giving them good direction to the best places to trek, to relax, to discover or to taste Reunion Island. We are happy to ear about your 9 days stay at the Alizé Plage, we hope to see you back. Warmest regards.

We flew into Saint Denis and drove directly to Saint-Pierre. The hotel was easy to find, since it is right on the water front. Parking is pretty difficult actually, but the hotel staff were very helpful in letting us leave the car directly outside then calling us when a spot was available, so it didn't cause any problems. We used this location as a starting point to go on a helicopter tour and visit the lava tubes, both of which were spectacular and easy to reach. The hotel is clean and minimalist, which I really like, and we could walk to the whole town from this location. With the beach just outside, really a great place. We didn't eat there, since so many great restaurants nearby.

We were there for dinner. Was o.k. but nothing to go again. Maybe as hotel it is different. Since reception and restaurant is somewhat one room, you would expect English speaking person or menus, but wasn't the case at all.

Strong Points: - Location - Reliable wifi connection - Nice balcony giving on beach - Nice welcome, easy check-in - Pleasant staff Issues: - Feeling on insecurity, it is very accessible from outside, there is no controlled access door to the door rooms. So you cannot leave open you balcony for a breeze to come through the room - Parking may be an issue during day time, in advert they advertise that they can ensure one parking per room (booking.com), but there is no reserved parking for hotel, especially during the day it is an issue.
