The Aurora Inn is a beautiful place to visit year round. The rooms are very charming and the dining is terrific. There are a couple neat shops in the village and Mackenzie Childs is just outside of town. The Fargo across the street is a neat pub also owned by the Inn folks as are a couple other Inns in...

I actually stayed in the E.B. Morgan House. Amazing attention to detail. We ate at Aurora Inn and they could not have made our experience better! Amenities, location, staff, value. I highly recommend these locations.

My husband and I took advantage of a Living Social deal and stayed at the Aurora Inn last Sunday for an overnight stay and dinner, about an hour from home. We also had a very good pub lunch at the Fargo, which is across the road from the inn and under same ownership. Room 7 has a broad view of...

This is the 2nd time I've stayed at the Inns of Aurora, the 1st time in the main inn. Both times, the room and service were exceptional. For this visit, I stayed in Room 6 with a view of the lake. The bed was super comfy. The room was gorgeous with that mid-19th century feel (in keeping with the age...

I visited with a friend of mine and we are both excited to go back as soon as possible. We stayed in one of the Inns' suites and had dinner and breakfast in the dining room. The room itself was a vacation! Dinner was excellent and managed to maintain the Aurora Inn's standards while also being approachable to those with...

We came to Aurora with our two month old baby. The staff was very friendly. They asked if we needed a pack and play and even offered watching the baby so we could enjoy our dinner! Besides, we were staying in room 2, with a fire place and a gorgeous lake view. Sipping wine by the fire after the baby...

This inn is beautiful. The staff was wonderful, the food was magnificent. We had a wonderful lunch and dinner with family in the area. Lake views were splendid. The sad ending? No hot water, no shower and no outreach from the inn. For the cost of the room, some acknowledgement would have been appropriate.
