* Great location. It's central, probably the reason why a lot of people stay here. Especially great for Masskara festival because most of the events take place along the street. Great for desserts too! Calea is just across the street and Felicia's is right beside it * Good for events * Room seemed a little rundown but clean and spacious...

All i can say is Great Location (middle of everything and if you're attending Maskara Festival this is the perfect hotel to stay in), Great Food (everything tastes yummy), Great Rates (i never thought it would be very affordable), Great Massage (at par with therapists in Manila) and hoping to be back very soon!

Excellent service from front desk, room service, and housekeeping. All the staff we encountered were very accommodating and helpful. The room had clean linens and towels but the carpet was damp and smelled a bit mouldy. They need to have the carpet properly cleaned and dried. It would also help if they installed a better exhaust system for the bathroom,...

Everything in this hotel is perfect! Located in the center of the city, nearby to well-known restaurants, has accommodating staff and cozy rooms! This hotel is worthy of every peso you pay. Stayed here for almost a month and I could only complain about the food during breakfast buffet because it's the same old menu they serve. Neverthless, there were...

I now live in Bacolod but go here often because of the roof pool and the stone pizza oven. The staff have always been great, the rooms (for when I drink too much to drive) are clean, and the location is perfect for bar hopping, Island Spoon, one of my favorite spots, is across the street. The only down sides...

We like the central location of this hotel. It is a big plus to have good food right across the street. Another plus is to have Calea bakeshop (must try!) right across. As for the amenities, the hotel has a decent sized pool, the only drawback is that it is located in the building right behind the hotel so you...

The accommodations of this hotel are quite good. It may be the best hotel in Bacolod but still pales in comparison to Manila and international standards. The sleep quality was quite good as beds were in decent condition. It looks like they have refurbished the place since my last stay there. Linens were of decent quality, front desk was friendly...

This hotel (and the suite we stayed in) has a comfortable old-fashioned feel that I enjoy. The roof-top pool is a great location for sunsets over the water, is a pleasant place to swim and relax, and has good food service as well. The hotel restaurant was disappointing, however, with substandard service by staff who spent more time chatting with...

This is nice, busy hotel. I reserved one family room in chalet but when i arrived they told me no available room in chalet so they offered me the room in L'fisher. Its big room but they need to have renovation. The customer service is very slow when i checked out. Im alone to check out in the counter and...

We have been wanted to stay here for some time after staying at several other local places. This hotel has it all, good service, a nice spa, great rooftop pool, the best banquet facilities and a breakfast buffet that is on par with hotels in Singapore with lots of choices for every diner. The rooms need updating soon but other...
