I often try to make an objective review of the hotel as much as I can, so I divided the review in 5 parts namely location, service, design and comfort, and value for money, give a rating for each important element, and average them to get a fair grade. LOCATION - 4.5 stars Bacolod is a small city and this...

I was staying somewhere else but had L'Fisher Hotel's buffet breakfast upon arrival from the airport. It was good value for money as compared to the ala carte dishes the price difference was about 50 pesos so I opted for the buffet. Buffet spread was just right, my favorite was the tocino and the sausages, the fried rice and omelette....

Overall it's okay but there has certainly been better days. So Location Best, in the heart of hearts and on the most commercial and vivid street (5/5) Hotel/room Good impression as you enter. Outdated designed though. Old room carpet completely fade out. Cleanliness a major issue in the bathroom!!!! Old type noisy air con manually adjusted. Spacious room (3/5) Service...

Considering it was my very first time in Bacolod, I was quite surprised that this hotel, though a bit aged in interiors, had a really nice pool area and gym facilities at the roof deck. Good food was bountiful in its buffet selection and was-right across Calea and very near 21! Dining experience was very good. Room could use a...

It was our first visit to Bacolod andthe hotel was ideally situated in the centre of the city. It was an easy walk to both malls, and some very nice restaurants. The room was very comfortable, with a good shower and tea facilities. The only downside was, or room was at the front of the hotel, so there was some...

Our Day1 stay in newly-renovated 2nd floor room was superb, but we were transferred to.4th floor bec the aircon system is not working (humid, iced). The 4th floor room is obviously old but bigger. The beds are bumpy & there was no hair dryer available. They just provided after 2 calls. The wifi signal cant.reach 4th floor rooms, so I had...

The best thing about L' Fisher Hotel is its location. It is in the city center where a lot of dining options abound. Right in front of it is the famous cake shop Calea. Nearby is Trattoria Uma if you wanna go Italian, 21 Restaurant if you crave for Spanish-Filipino dishes, and Kaise if it is Japanese food that you...

I enjoyed the hot shower and free breakfast buffet but some of the kitchen staff are aloof and the f/o misunderstood my instructions. I had an awkward moment standing in front of the egg station standing while waiting for someone to cook omelet. I had a good 2-3 mins standing then finally gave up. No eggs for today then. Pfft....

Working for another hotel, I am one of those who drills the fact the greeting a person by his/her name makes a lot of difference! When I experienced that myself when I was greeted by the hotel's FO staff by my name I felt exactly how our own guests must have felt. And to that I give kudos to the...

One of the nicest in the city . It was comfortable but nothing fancy. It is within walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants. It has a casino ((exchange mine there ...they give you better exchange rate then the front desk), pool, exercise room, spa and restaurant. TheA/C is old and noisy but does the job. It can get...
