I love this place! It is very affordable and safe. It has an easy access to the mall, hospitals and banks. Aside from the good quality of its service the staff are very accommodating and friendly. It has a free wifi and meal too, so you can save a lot.

Our location is very convenient if going to malls, banks and hospital, and a easy escape on Cebu's growing traffic problems. Don't be deceived by beautiful photos in booking.com or elsewhere. It's an outdated hotel which hasn't been renovated for years. The room smells and the furniture had been made before I was born. Our ferry to Tagbilaran was cancelled and we were forced to stay for the night. I'm sitting in this horrible shabby place now and wish the night...

We stayed one night in Cebu before heading to Bohol. This was a good place to stay. Clean room. Ok internet. Breakfast was "meh", but at least it was something. Staff gave good recommendations and where helpful catching a cab. We walked to dinner at the Lighthouse Restaurant - good Filipino choice. Nice good - would recommend. Fine for one...

Palazzo Pensionne is a little out of the way, hidden behind some inner roads of Cebu City. The airport taxi man had a hard time getting us there having to stop to ask for directions. The place is decent, generally clean. Each time we enter the room, it smells musty. After turning the AC on for a few minutes, the...

Dear JoshShoeString, Thank you for staying at Palazzo Pensionne for a day. And Thank you very much for your compliments and comment in Trip Advisor. Our location is at a secondary road, like most budget hotels are located. Most of the taxi drivers know’s our place, but to some new taxi drivers. They are not familiar with the road and...

Really impressed. The room was better than expected, it was quite spacious. They had breakfast included and the staff...

Although we stayed at the palazzo one night, we were very impressed with the quality of the place. It was very clean, the rooms are big and inviting, and the service is good and helpful. There were 2 things that were less good. One, the shower water, which only got hot when you put it on the highest pressure- which...

I stayed in three different rooms on the main floor during my time in Cebu. The toilet wasn't working in my first room (which is a negative), but I was immediately moved into a new room after the problem couldn't be resolved (which is a positive). I stayed in my third room on a separate trip. This hostel seemed to...

The staff were rude to us upon checking in and when we asked about food options. When we asked about food options one of the front desk staff said in Visayan that she was "too busy for this" according to my wife. That is incredibly rude to say to guests. We booked this hotel for two nights before a trip...
