Bringing in some friends to Cebu is so wonderful. They can stay and dine in one place that everything makes them special. It is a quiet place in the uptown where every traveler can sleep and rest well during the night. It is a walking distance to some sights. The food is awesome. The restaurant served different cuisines.

We went to "Don Merto's Restaurant" for dinner and we cannot complain: the "Gambas al Ajillo" were perfect, just enough garlic, not too oily, and together with the "Garlic French fries" it was a real treat for the tongue. The "Garlic and Herbs Dory" and the "Pork(chop) and Beans", accompanied by a nice "Caesar Salad" were great and the "New... More

We stayed for 3 nights at Casa Escano; while the restaurant area is nice and staff is truly friendly we seem to have had bad luck with our rooms as we got rooms at the ground floor level which did not live up to our expectations when thinking about a boutique hotel; especially bath rooms there require a refurbishment; anyway,... We accidentally booked our accommodation in this hotel the next day from the day we were supposed to arrive so we called them up the day before our flight to tell them about our situation. They told us that since there are still available rooms, it will not be a problem, we can stay the day before our actual reservation.... More

We arrived in time for dinner. We wanted to order food but there's a problem with the cooking equipment, but they served us iced tea, though and it was good. We went to TGIFridays, instead which is way more expensive. My two sons and a friend came back to the hotel late and the security guard was sleeping. They kept... More

Convenient to Fuente, Sto Nino church, etc. Clean. A boutique type of hotel. Few rooms.Good breakfast. Price is unbeatable, less than $50. Excellent service. All staff are very helpful and always smiling. Only knock are the creaky floors.

Casa Escano was a good deal for me and my friends. We were given side by side spacious rooms. It was near places to eat and even their restaurant had very good food. The staff was very helpful and they even booked us a tour that tour that we wanted even we arrived in the evening. And since our tour... More
