The hotel is situated about 20 to 30 minutes from the airport, depending on the traffic, and opposite The People's Park. With this in mind, the front facing rooms can be a bit noisier than the back facing ones, but the front have a better view. The rooms are spacious, with lots of storage and a safe. The beds are...

Am not from Davao but at least I have a place I can call home. The hotel is not too big and great but it is located in the very heart of the city of Mayor Duterte. They have Japanese buffet (I think twice a month) in the hotel's restaurant called Tsoro's if I'm not mistaken and you can have...

Hubby and I stayed in their executive suite, P2400/night. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Our room and bath are clean. The bed is comfy especially with their duvet bed covers and comforters. They provided shampoo and soap, glasses and cups, they also have electric water heater for hot water and mini ref. You just have to buy water and coffee....

Had a good night sleep. Very clean, cozy and comforting. Very accessible to many restaurants, malls and other places. Just in front of People's park. The food is good, feels like at home. The bed is comforting.

We stayed in twin bed. I checked the bathroom if their is a free hygienic (toothphase, toothbrush, cotton buds). I was shocked when I called the reception and she told me that those complimentary are for executive rooms only. I also don't like the smell of the aircon in the room.

I have stayed a couple of times in this hotel and will plan, still, to stay here in my future visits to Davao. The hotel gives you the local brand of hospitality; charming but very detailed. It is the most value-hotel in the city. It has all that you need which you may also find in a 5 star hotel of the same city at four-folds the price. People are very helpful, the owner is also around to ake sure things are doing fine.
