Only because of its walking distance to S&R, i stayed one night. Basically the room is OK, its fairly big with a nice big bathroom, since its fairly old. The AC did NOT make noises, which was great. It was quiet,so sleeping was good! The "continental breakfast" was a joke! I ended up paying another 10$ for "additional" items. The coffee was also...

Me and my friends were in Davao for a Night. The rooms were comfortable and was just what we needed. They also serve breakfast, but unfortunately the serving was a bit too small. Cheap stay in the heart of the City.

We were first time travellers to davao city. This inn was recommended to us via word of mouth. When we booked our reservation, they didn't charge us a reservation fee which we found odd. Apparently, that's how trusting davaoenos are. The place was small, decent, clean and it has the necessary needs we looked for. We Always go for cheap...

This hotel is a great place to bring the family. It is our hotel of choice when ever we visit Davao City Philippines. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The bath room is well appointed and a good place for a hot shower. The Avenida Restaurant is a good place to relax after a hard days sightseeing.I usually go for...

The price is great and the stay is super comfortable. The staff is polite and quick to address needs. When you enter the lobby, you will see a cute set of stairs that will make you feel at home. A great inn overall.

I stayed at Lispher Inn for 3 months 4 years ago. During my stay there, i never had a single complaint! The food is to die for and they are relatively affordable! (Try their Adobo and siopao!) They have the grandest stairs for an Inn! :D

We stayed for two nights in this inn for a work-related visit in Davao City. The place has a good location and the price is just right. The place is good for travelers who only need a place to stay during the night. It provides basic amenities (e.g., clean linens and towels, toiletries) and complimentary wifi access. The latter, however,...

I like the old house ambiance, although this place is not really that old. It's quiet, rooms are spacious and walking distance from the mall. I like that the staff gave me a wake up call as requested and they have thought of packing my breakfast since I was leaving for the airport at 2AM. There's also a nail salon...

Our company booked me here for a night stay for me to attend to a conference at Davao Medical School Foundation. The lobby was nice with Christmas decorations as early as October. Check in was a breeze in which I was able to pay via Debit card (ATM) with their receptionist. The place was a boutqiue hotel, very small but...

Place is ok. I like the interior design and the elaborate stairs but the wifi is just slow. You barely get any signal inside your room so you need to get out. The facilities are kinda old but functional. Fast service though - quick check in and out. When i tried to look for something to drink beyond 10pm the...
