It was around 10PM when we arrived in Davao City and the taxi recommended this Inn because it was affordable. When we got inside the room, there were lots of mosquitoes and at least two baby roaches so I asked for insect spray. The front desk had none. So, we asked for a refund and transferred to C5 Dormitel instead.

Good internet signal. I was on the 3rd floor. You could hear the traffic but it did quiet down later in the night. Close to Alde Vinco(2 minute walk) where there are many money changers. Also close to South mall(10 minute walk?). Many canteens for eating within 2 - 5 minutes walk. Just remember the city is noisy and polluted...

My mom and I stayed for 2 nights back in May. The building looks old. The price for the room is 750 which is pretty cheap. We were able to sleep well for 2 nights. However, their tv I think is more than 20 yrs old. The colors were so washed out, and it only has around 7 channels. There's...

Definitely will suite a budget traveler. I stayed for 2 nights and got a nice room for 650 pesos per night. Located walking distance to the Gaisano Mall. Breakfast was not included, but it was also very reasonably priced... Only 60 pesos for 3 fried eggs and a cup of rice. The people of Davao are generally very friendly and...

I reserved a room through email and received a confirmation email with a long letter of terms and conditions which I did not read. On arrival I was advised that there is one clause in the body of the terms and conditions instructing me to reconfirm within four days of arrival. My room had been given to another visitor and...
