Loved the bed -- not too soft and not too hard. Loved that the room was spacious and very clean. The buffet breakfast was pretty good. The food was not very memorable, but there was a wide range of dishes --both Western and Filipino -- to choose from. The staff were always super courteous and helpful.

Great service, Wonderful staff in all areas. Breakfast is plentiful with a large choice so include it in your stay. Rooms are spacious and clean and some have a hint of luxury but are fair value and a warm welcome awaits.

the hotel is expensive, at least it was the night I stayed. It is not a luxury hotel. It is badly designed and decorated. Sure, not all hotels can be 5 stars. But i think been a budget hotel should not prevent from been clean. That was not the case.

It was a 2-night stay and everything was smooth. Although you can feel that the place needs upgrading like the elevators and the hallways. The room is cozy but too dark especially the bathroom because it has only one light. Breakfast wasn't as bad As I thought it would be. Just needs more options though. The sheets, beds, and the...

Aside from a small hiccup at check in,I cant fault this hotel in any way (except the ice is made from tap water....which gives sensitive western stomachs an experience). Rooms are spacious, modern and clean. A good buffet breakfast in the morning. Wifi ok....apparently being upgraded. Staff are wonderful, very welcoming, from the security on the door to the waiting staff to the...

The Pinnacle Hotel and Suites certainly does offer a memorable stay, which is only improved on by the staff and their attentiveness, they are most obliging and helpful. Of course a special shout out to Erlyn the front desk duty manager who took on any minor problem as her personal responsibility, she was wonderful and a huge asset to the...

Our 4 days stay in Pinnacle is good. The location of the hotel is right in the heart of downtown Davao. We mainly used taxi cabs as our main transportation and did not have a hard time getting one. Their breakfast is usual but good 👍🏻 their rooms is spacious for 2 but kind of rusty already. Their bathroom is...

It was a very busy time in Davao as a national convention was held here. I was greeted with a ton of people trying to check in the hotel. I appreciate how the delegates were given another check in table different from normal guests. I was greeted by the staff amd processed my check in quite well. She made me...
