Location is good. Affordable. Room is spacious. BUT - They did not change the sheets! They smelled like slept on for a week by a sweaty man. The room is dusty. The small shower room had no hook for towels. As it was a five-bed room, we had to leave our towels outside and shout for another person to hand...

For the price paid and the good location-near church, park and City Hall plus availability of public transportation, the hotel is OK. However, a fresh coat of paint would do wonders to make the room pleasant.

Good for travellers. Accessible. Stayed for 3 days here. Staff are okay and helpful. Just need to improve on the following points: comfort room door is broken, not so clean bed sheets, room needs some repainting. Otherwise, our stay was okay.

Location: Very accessible. Located at the city center. Just a few walks away to the Night Market, Osmeña Park, People's Park, Aldevinco Shopping Center, and D'Bone Collector Museum. Room: The Family Deluxe room is spacious. Bathroom is very clean. They don't offer complimentary shampoo though. The door to the bathroom is a sliding door that doesn't have any locks on...

Stayed at Royal House Inn and Suites. I was alone so I asked for a single bed room and was given the far right end at the 3rd floor. Room is fairly small. Barely able to move around with my baggages. Room has small tv with cable, single bed with side table cabinet, bathroom, towel, soap, (no shampoo), hot water....

A no-frills hotel accommodation that's value for money. It's also very accessible, everything is within reach. Good wi-fi connection, too although the signal is weak in the rooms. They are only good for use in the common areas. There's a really nice courtyard to hang out in and use the wi-fi. Just don't do it at night coz the mosquitoes...
