Everything is great, all the staff are so polite & helpful, location wise are very good. Malls are on a walking distance, you got a lot of choice of restaurants nearby. Over a three week trip to Manilla with my family, we stayed in Hotel 101 over the three weeks for a total of 6 nights. The most amazing and friendly staff. From the Receptionists, to the restaurant staff, to the accommodation staff, the staff at thr pool and the guards, every single staff member was polite The, greeted you and smiled every single day. The rooms are spotlessly clean. A comfortable size and can sleep three adults. The showers have hot water also. There is Air-con in the rooms and also the beds were very comfortable. Guaranteed a good night's sleep. The swimming pool area is lovely, by far our favourite pool we had fun in during our trip to Manilla. There is also a hot but which was qn added plus! Food was very good in the hotel also. Near by you have Mall of Asia, Starbucks and McDonald's are beside the hotel and behind the hotel there is a launderette which was very handy considering we were travelling around. I want to mention that the hotel is very safe and secure and in a good area. When we returned for our last night in Hotel 101 the staff remembered us from the previous staff and came to say hello. That was such a special touch and made us feel welcomed. We were sad to leave Hotel 101 and will definitely be back when we return to Manila. A HUGE thank you to Hotel 101 and their FANTASTIC staff. One of the best hotel stays ever.

The hotel service is excellent. Food is delicious and no problem , all my restrictions were followed. What made this hotel stand out is the staff. They are all excellent and Bravo. All were nice and approachable. Pau made our stay very good. Assisted us with all that we need fromBOQ very and made my stay at ease. She is bright and an asset to the hotel. We love her! First time to check in at Hotel 101 last June 10, 2022, located at Pasay City near MOA, the lobby is quite simple, the reception area is crowded with people, the staff is polite. When we entered to the suite 12 floor, we notice that some rooms are for the quarantine area. I guess the rooms they are occupied is for the OFW if I am not mistaken. Not really afraid anymore, the rooms is refreshing and clean. What most we enjoy is the pool facilities and the restaurant. The food at the restaurant are all delicious. The pool is quietly impressive, because they have jacuzzi and very clean. The staff of the pool is very friendly and polite.
