Had a great time at Conrad with my family. Smooth check in by Mr. Kyle Salayon and the hotel is situated near the airport, Conrad is a great place the spend your last day in the country. Breakfast was also fantastic and comes with a view, our server, Arjay, and Kyle, at the front office did a remarkable job. I highly recommended Arjay and Conrad for your next stay

I really love exploring different hotels around the Metro to have a quick breather from work or stress, and as time goes by, my experiences from my previous hotel visits have made me a bit choosy or picky about where I am staying. Of course, I always stay together with my wife and infant. That's why quality shouldn't be compromised, and I always want them to experience the best. Conrad Manila exceeded my expectations. From the accessibility to everything that we need, the ambience, the facilities, the food (omg love it for real) and most especially, the STAFF---the freaking best about this hotel. My experience with Conrad Manila wouldn't be as awesome without the super accommodating staff. Regardless of what position or title they have, they'll make sure you feel valued. Mentioning those awesome people from the Exec. Lounge—Juancho, Ariane, Jeanne, Jocelyn, and Rizza, who surprised me for my birthday. I never mentioned to anyone from the area that it's my birthday. That's why it became super surreal, because I'm not expecting anything. So kudos to the whole team and management! Will surely go back once as soon as possible!!…

Had a good service from MJ Capuz. She’s very efficient and friendly. Will definitely stay in Conrad again. The room is very spacious as well. Front desk is helpful especially when we asked for additional items for the bathroom. We had the best sleep in this hotel.

You'll read other reviews talking about the facilities. This is not that kind of review. I'd just like to mention the helpful staff. Kim at the pool Monday 14th couldn't have been more delightful. Rose on the following days likewise. ALL the staff at the C Lounge were amazingly attentive, but I made a point of remembering the names of Felix, Belle, Jahyven, Vincent, John and Nica who stood out as particularly pleasant and brought joy to the table when they served us. Carlos behind the bar deserve special mention too. On security there was (forgot her name) who, despite a minor inconvenience I had about smoking facilities in the off hours was professional, courteous and explained and resolved the matter quickly and to my satisfaction. We're still close friends. Ritchie, Sue and their colleagues in housekeeping kept my room and belongings, safe, clean, and beautifully turned out. No complaints.…

We stayed 2 nights (Saturday and Sunday night), for an event of a family member in a ballroom. We checked in late Saturday night and it was easy and uneventful. The room was really spacious, clean and very comfortable. The room was actually better than we expected. The bathroom is really clean, and well laid out. The shower has good water pressure and the hot water was really relaxing. The bedroom has great AC, it was really cold and the sofa was spacious and comfortable. The bed was also very comfortable, probably more comfortable than our own bed. Our only 2 nitpick involves the basement security and our late check out request. - After our event on Sunday, at around 3pm, we brought some items to the car, one of which is a paper bag with food from the event. While in the car, we decided to bring that bag back to the hotel since one of us didnt have time to eat during the event. While coming back through the basement security, the guard took the bag and gave it an inspection and was actually hesitating if we are allowed to bring food into the hotel. This was food that came FROM the hotel (from the event) and not something we bought outside. As such are we really not allowed to bring outside food into the hotel? - On our first night, we barely slept because of an early event the next day. It was almost 10pm when we checked in and we were up by 5am. After the event we went to the front desk and requested for late checkout, we were given a 1pm checkout. At around 9am, I texted the front desk and asked if we can again have a later checkout time. We were told that they cannot accomodate our request and that we only have until 1pm. By 12 noon, our internet was cut. By 12:30 the house keeping was already knocking at our door. At exactly 1pm, the phone rang and we were asked if we needed help with our bags. Pre covid, we travel multiple times a month and stayed at good hotels and we have had better service than this. 😄 To be fair, all the hotel staff we have met during our short stay has been exeptionally pleasant and courteous. Also, we feel this is a very safe hotel, with multiple security personel (very pleasant) stationed at elevators and we even saw one patrolling our floor. Our complaints are really minor and bordering on nitpicking. Maybe we are just asking too much from Conrad. Overall, we will not hesitate to stay again at Conrad.…
