Location of the hotel is a stone throw away from MOA. Check in was a little busy, understandable. Swift check out if not during rush hours. Rooms are spacious considering the rates. Beds are very nice. Food superb. But the notice needs some serious cleaning. The hotel corridors are super dirty maybe due to the use of carpets. Wallpaper in the rooms are also very dirty. Except for cleanliness, the hotel is okay.

This hotel may be old (as can be seen from its facilities, wallpapers, carpets, etc.), but it has very spacious rooms and is conveniently located (roughly a 5-10min walk from SM MOA). Our room had its own sala (TV room), dining area, walk-in closet, toilet/shower room, among other things. However, aside from the body wash, shampoo and conditioner in the shower room, no other toiletries were provided. No toothbrush, toothpaste, etc. Hence, be sure to bring them with you. Check-in process was fast ... no deposit required ... and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They assisted us in booking a grab car for the airport instead of getting any of the taxis in the area that had the bad habit of not using the meter and preferred overpriced money down agreement instead. The hotel also has its own restaurant, gym, small function room, and swimming pool ... all on the seventh floor. There's also a Chinese restaurant on the second floor where the corridor or access to the rooms on the upper floors is located.…

This is a beautiful hotel!! It’s clean and has a lot of comfort items to make you feel at home. Rooms are spacious and staff were helpful. The location is convenient. Thank you Golden Phoenix Hotel for making our stay worthwhile.

We booked our room really fast thru phone. Buffet is sulit and the hotel is just a minute walk from and to MOA. Room is nice. Also, we loved their beds. We will recommend this hotel to our friends and family.

Its an old hotel but its worth the money. The breakfast is good. The location is also good. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The carpet needs to be changed though. Super overused. MOA can be a walking distance to the young. There is a nearby convenient store.

Golden Phoenix Hotel Manila Is a Great Hotel For family and Friends who really want to hangout and enjoy the rest of day because they are accessible to different malls and restaurant and the staff's are polite and helpful during on our stay and the breakfast is so lit! i decided to reward myself a quick stay at this hotel last week, and it was the best place to be! why? because it was way cheaper than the other hotel and yet it feels expensive! first of all the employees were all accomodating, i appreciate that the hotel has modern designs, and also love their pool area! overall, i would definitely love to recommend it to my family and friends.

I stayed here with my partner on first weekend of June. Checkin was smooth. Room was nice with big and comfy bed, bathroom clean. The view from the room was not good (parking lot) . Although we enjoyed the buffet breakfast with a lot of variety. The location was great because in few minutes walk you can reach Mall of Asia (restaurants and shopping) and the Convention Center. Also there is a grocery store in front of the hotel and a 7/11 nearby if you need to grab something last minute. I recommend this hotel for a staycation
