This property was hit hard during the pandemic and it is still being used as a quarantine hotel, there were several rooms on my floor with people in quarantine. The best part of the hotel is the F&B, the buffet breakfast is one of the best I've had in the area so its not to miss. The property is older and is a little tired looking, however it is clean and if you get it at a good price it is a bargain. One unusual thing was that housekeeping didn't give you clean towels until contacted and requested. This had to be done every day.
Great variety buffet breakfast and what's more awesome is the super welcoming, friendly and accommodating staff who are sensitve to the needs of all their guests. I'll definitely be back for more family spirit during my travels.

We just checked-in yesterday and having buffet breakfast now. The service is great espcially from Betch, RJ, Kevin and Jason. Enjoying our stay so far. Looking forward to spending more nights here at Dusit.
Had an amazing experience; great ambiance, great service — very hospitable! Sir Kevin also has made the experience truly unique as he goes around the dining hall serving taho for the visitors. Very nostalgic of simpler times.
I am currently a guest in this hotel until July 2 and am writing this review in hopes that management will respond as all attempts at an in person remedy has failed. I reserved and paid for in advance a deluxe king room that was fine until they started doing minor renovations to multiple rooms on the 4th floor. These renovations resulted in strong paint and chemical odors throughout the corridor and entering our room. Coincidentally small flying bugs started entering our room requiring a pest control treatment. All of these odors are irritants to my guest’s asthma condition. I requested a room change and was given another room after waiting for two hours. The replacement room did not have a walk-in shower as our first room and due to my back problems a bathtub is not acceptable. About another hour of waiting they switched our room to a smaller room with a bathtub and not a deluxe king room as paid for. It is now 4:00pm, 5 hours after requesting a room change and still waiting for another room of equal size with shower that we paid for. In fairness if Dusit Thani remedies the situation I will update this review with additional information.…
Very nice hotel with excellent customer service. The breakfast buffet is wonderful with many choices for everyone’s preference. The housekeeping staff is excellent and one of the best service I’ve experienced. All the staff greets you in passing and the security staff pays close attention to their guests and recognizing you upon return with a friendly hello and welcome. Dusit Thani has become our new favorite hotel in Makati and we look forward to returning soon.
I especially thanks to staff in DUSIT THANI CLUB “KAILA”, “WANG” and the other staff. They’re greet with a smile, and provide the best service. They all really kind and doing well for my convenience. Thanks!
Benjarong food taste and service remain in top shape despite having closed during pandemic and now reopened … it doesnt disappoint. And efficient thai manager is back! Reservation ahead is advisable. Ask waitress for bestsellers and recommended dishes.
