Stayed here for 13 Nights in March 2017 and just got back on 2 days ago. I'll start first with the Hotel itself. In my opinion the hotel is a 4.5 star Hotel. Check in was smooth and no more than 15 minutes. I stayed in a smoking room on the 14th Floor, Room no 1428. The room itself was...

The location of this hotel is great, it is situated close to many great food shops, a grovcery store and a food market that has live music on Friday, saturday and Sunday. However, first impressions weren't great. The Bellman was nice and offered to help with our bags. However, at Reception my friend wanted to politely clarify something in our...

I really need you to improve your internet system. I stayed on the 18th floor, the internet was horrible. I had to work, but I could not. It was out and in every 10 minutes and it takes time to get access again. I was so frustrated. Anyway, at the lobby is okay, really nice and helpful staff - well...

We stayed one night as a stop-over in Manila. The rooms are really nice and the location is great. It felt like a safe area so we walked quite bit. Front desk staff are efficient, friendly and helpful. The roof-top restaurant is quite fun as you get a great view of the city. This would definitely be my choice if...

The hotel is situated at Makati Avenue in a safe area just about 15 min. walking distance to the big malls. Close to the hotel there are several very nice restaurants, like Cafe Cubana, a Cuban restaurant (don't miss their Margarita), and El Chupaca Ova, a Mexican one, both worth a visit, but there are also others. The restaurant at...
