We booked this hotel because we wanted to stay in the Ayala area for an event we were attending. Location is excellent - parallel to Ayala Ave., within walking distance to fast food joints/casual restaurants/malls. However, the hotel itself is another story. The rooms are tiny. We got the Smart Luxe room (which was described as a bigger room compared to the other rooms) and it was tiny. There was no room safe, no table, no closet. The walls were so thin that we were awakened by the phone alarm from the next room. The curtains are thin so the room gets bright very early in the morning. The TV is jutting out from the wall so you have to be careful to avoid bumping into it. The lobby is small, with very little seating areas. There was just one person in the front desk and clearly it wasn't enough, so there was a long line at check-in.…
Excellent service and helpful staff. Been looked after really well for my 5 days quarantine. Left luggages for a day at hotel storage free of charge. Then, returning again for another 7 days stay. Great value for money
Booked and PAID for a Smart Deluxe Room (25 sq meters). They placed us at a room that is IDENTICAL TO A MINI DOUBLE room, they themselves said the size of our room is 18 sq meters which is exactly of a mini double but they keep insisting that they gave us the smart deluxe room that we paid for. So you mean to say, we were at a room that looks exactly like their mini double room and also the same size of their mini double room but still apparently was staying and being charged for a “smart deluxe”?! THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!! Read multiple reviews on other travel sites sharing this same experience. (See photo for reference) Also we were told that our room was being cleaned and will be transferred to a bigger room only to find out 2 HOURS LATER that the hotel is actually fully booked and there is no room for us to transfer to. We arrived around 5pm at the hotel and our room wasn’t even ready! The receptionist just said sorry and expected us to wait in the lobby that was hot and there wasn’t even enough seats to accommodate others who were ALSO WAITING for their room. AC was not working properly. WIFI was not working properly. Rooms were too small and poorly built that we could hear other guests in the room beside us. Went to the reception area around 8pm to complain AGAIN but there was already another enraged guest complaining that their AC wasn’t working properly and that she found a used condom in their room. DISGUSTING!!!…
Upon check in, my room requested was not provided, however, Rod came to the rescue with an upgrade and Las Vegas like service. He understands the meaning of customer service and retention. Kudos! 🙏🙏
The Philippines is a great place to be in regardless of where you go but at the Mini Suites the hospitality feels unparalleled to any other place. I would like to truly commend the concierge there by the name of Rod, Rod went above and beyond his duties and service to Eton Tower. They are lucky to have this great guy, God bless bro and thank you again for everything you did for me.
The place very nice and very clean! The staff are amazing! Rod is amazing! will definitely come back again. The room is nice and the bathroom is one of the cleanest. My stay has been comfortable and I was able to sleep peacefully.
After a long day, it was just relaxing and peaceful! The staff were all warm and accommodating! Had a great stay! It gave me that feeling of a little home away from home. If you are looking for a cozy room, safe, accessible and convenient this place is 👌.
During my stay at the said mini hotel, I feel very comfortable, easily accessible stores outside and itnis convenient for me to walk around with their tight security. Keep it up! I am looking forward for another stay when I am back in here.
I stayed hete for 2 weeks the place is the center of everythings walking distancing. Near thai embassy room are clean staff are very polite and help full especailly Mr. Rod help me to check in to room and out to Taxi,
took them so long to process the refund. my father check in on Dec 12 up to now we are still waiting for the refund. poor customer service. Dealing with Glenn but he didn't even bother to respond...very poor service
